This location is always busy. Since Zaxby's recent menu adjustment and price increase, I haven't eaten much but I had a positive interaction with the management here and wanted to say the food is always fresh, but they usually forget to salt the fries. A few months ago, my order was given to me incorrectly through the drive thru. We'd waited nearly 20 minutes for food near closing time. I'd ordered a side ceased salad with extra cheese only and some chicken tenders on the side and my boyfriend got something with fries, extra season salt, and nuclear sauce. They forgot my chicken and included only a small sprinkle of the wrong cheese, didn't season his fries or give him his sides of seasoning or nuclear sauce, the drink ended up being completely flat, and the whole order was just a disappointment. By the time we got home to check the order, we couldn't return to Zaxby's before they closed so I called and the manager Nora credited me a full sized salad and replacement meal! Not always the perfect order, but at least...
Read moreSign on door says open until 10pm. Show up, walk in doors for the worker to announce they have closed the dining room, and that I would have to go through the drive thru. It was 9:00. So, why was the dining room closed? It is not advertised that way, nor is there any sign indicating this. It was frustrating.
Then I go through the drive thru to be told they are out of all wings, all grilled chicken, and all tea.
I come around to pay, and the worker tells me that they had tea, but the “new workers” threw it out at 9pm. So I questioned this. Why throw it out if they are open until 10pm. That is wasteful and inconsiderate to paying customers. He then went on to say, “I don’t know why they decide to close up early if we are supposed to still be open.” Great question.
Then I leave, get home , to realize I had been given the wrong salad and the wrong dressing. Not happy! This was not a great experience, and unfortunately I have had more experiences like this at this...
Read morePretty disappointed! I am vegetarian and I try not to be obnoxious about it. I always order a Cobb zalad with chicken and bacon on the side (I give the meat to whomever I’m with). I ordered my zalad and when I got to my table I realized my zalad had bacon and egg on the side and chicken ON the zalad. No biggie. Told the front staff “I’m sorry, I ordered this with chicken on the side - I’m vegetarian!” After a few minutes I go back up front to retrieve my “new” zalad with a cup of chicken on the side. I see the cup of chicken, riddled with lettuce from the zalad it was pulled out of, then the zalad, riddled still with the chicken they tried to pluck from it. I’m not “crazy” about my food touching, but when I pay for something and I am assured they can serve me, I kind of expect that. Totally unacceptable they rifled through the zalad to get the chicken, didn’t even get all the chicken, instead of just throwing a new pre-made zalad at me. Won’t...
