On June 4th, my family and I had went through the drive thru to order some things after leaving the boweling alley. We had made it home. keep in mind our drive home was about 30 minutes. We had ordered a 7 layer burrito that we have ordered more then once from different taco bells. the burrito wasnt even made right. it had all kinds of different things on it beside the things that had went on it. I called to make a complaint a lady had answered the phone, and I proceed to ask if they woukd fix my order. first thing she said was, "we don't have any beans so we put Guamole (sp) on it. what if my fiancee was allergic to that. the manager who was our cashier didn't notify me of that. next, I asked if she could fix the issue the next day because it was already late her words to me was, "I ain't fixing f*ing st for you. i asked her name and asked when the store manager was going to be there. she didn't tell me her name and she didn't tell me when her store manager was there. she asked why did I need to know that information? well you are speaking to me rudely first of off and secondly i want my order fixed. she hung the phone up. i proceed to call back and talk to the manager. she hung up on me. my fiancee had called back and asked for the district number and they said 1800 taco bell. thats not even the number to a district office. On top of the burrito being wrong and not even the right thing and the customer service being crappy our naked chicken bites were cold! They don't have no respect for their job or their customers! my first time ever eating there and ill never take another foot onto that property after I get my order fixed and notify the district mangers and...
Read moreThe absolute worst encounter ever. EVER. There needs to be a “Zero Star” option instead of just one. I ordered two bean burritos, and a steak burrito with no sour cream. So simple. The young lady that took my order over the intercom was already talking to me in a passive aggressive way like she was mad I was ordering food at a restaurant and it was inconveniencing her, but I brushed it off assuming I was making a bad judgment call. Anyway, my bean burritos were FROZEN, and the steak burrito had sour cream in it. So, me not having eaten all day, drove back and informed the young lady once again through the intercom what had happened. This time she sounded hopeful and told me to pull up. I got to the window and explained what happened. A woman then asked for all three items back (?), and I handed them to her. She proceeded to feel around my burritos as if I were lying. Then she said “I mean I can understand the sour cream problem, but the bean burrito…” and I just looked at her. I was so confused. Am I being thought of as a liar? About a $1.81 bean burrito? So I waited and she brought out a bag of new burritos. I took the bean burritos out first, and they still had FROZEN SPOTS. I just was over it at this point. They then proceeded to argue with me and all I could say was how incredibly unprofessional they were, and as I went to drive off, the young lady who took my order said have a nice day in the rudest way imaginable. I cannot believe this was even a real encounter. Replace the entire staff of the Taco Bell in...
Read moreFood’s decent, but be ready to sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes with only one car ahead of you before you hear a word from the attendant. Look, I come through the drive thru regularly at 1am. It’s one of two places open after I get off work. I know there are usually only two employees scheduled, so I don’t mind waiting to put an order in, or to get my food made. But it’s insane to sit for over 3 minutes in front of the microphone without a single acknowledgement that I’m there. A simple, “Hi, just one moment please,” goes a LOOOONNNG way with me. I’ve waited an additional 5-10 minutes to order MANY times just because I get that y’all are likely short staffed and closing. But come on. Y’all HAVE to get a better system for your employees. Hire a third person for closing, teach your closers how to multi-task or be more efficient, I don’t know. All I know is it’s getting old waiting forever just to get an order in when I’m literally sitting in front...
