Aunt Bea's Barbecue — Restaurant in Galax

Typically have a great experience and food from here. Today, July 6th I go in with my fiancé and order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, cheese munchers, and he ordered two hotdogs, onion rings and two drinks. While waiting for our food, the employees were bickering with one another like high schoolers in front of several customers. I had to ask the front lady to grab my food, which had been sitting there for five minutes. Upon placing my food on the tray, I was missing my fiancés onion rings. When I asked about it, she stated he had not ordered them and would have to charge me for them. I told her she wouldn’t be charging me for them because he HAD ordered them. This ladies mother, who I’m assuming is her manager as well steps in and states there is no need for attitude and yells for my onion rings. Finally, getting to sit down and eat my food. My biscuit was cold, there was no bacon but mustard had been added. Looking at the receipt that clearly said “bacon biscuit, add egg, add cheese” I am furious. Do better Aunt Beas, I understand being busy. I used to work for a restaurant that was far busier and never once did I allow someone to see orders piling up, and still ignore it! The fountain drink was good. The French fries were good. The cheese burger...if you like to have your burger completely burnt and black then come on down and if you don't like your cheese burger that way..... don't make the mistake of watching your sweetie take it back ....the second, or replacement one, wasn't burnt and black quite as bad as the first but what it lacked in overdoneness was more than compensated for with grease. I don't know how you could, or would, get so much grease concentrated on a single item. I also didn't appreciate melting the cheese until it virtually dissappears into the burger or melts off the sides. After a handful of napkins to soak up the grease from my hands I just tossed it in the trash and took a $3.99 loss. Very disappointed in the entire experience. The lady taking the order was nice. The items to choose from as sides looked like it had been there for hours.. So I couldn't identify at all. My hot dog was red, I mean bright red. I went to the counter, to ask about the color and for dome ranch, 3 employees walked past me. The nice lady taking the order, took 2 orders and never looked my way The cook was saying, they are mot getting different food. I made what the ordered. Finally I asked if some one could help me. I asked for my ranch, then why the hotdogs were red. The girl getting my ranch, shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. The cook said they were not all beef hotdogs.
