McDonald's — Restaurant in Galena Park

Ive had 2 experiences here that pissed me off. On one ocassion i pulled up to the window, to see one of the drive thru girls sniffing my oatmeal bowl. Her nose was literately on the cup smelling it. When she opened the window i refused it and told her to remake it and dont put your nose in my bowl. She caught a attitude and remade it. This morning, i went back and ordered a sausage egg and cheese MCMUFFIN MEAL. The girl asked me did i want the number 7, which is the MCGRIDDLE. I said no, the number 2. Which is the MCMUFFIN. So i got home and she had charged me for the number 1, which was ham and egg. I was pissed because i CLEARLY told her my order. I called to speak to the manager, and the manager said she had charged me for the number 1. I said know what i was CHARGED, but thats not what i ORDERED. Clearly the girl just doesnt know what shes doing. The manager said when i come back, to bring my receipt, which i had told the girl to throw away. I told her i didnt have it and to check the trash the girl threw it in. She told me “well keep it next time” i said well get my order right next time. Obviously if you know what i ordered then you have access to print the receipt. Had it been chick fil a, or somewhere a little more organized and understanding, they wouldve credited it to me with no big deal. Went there in the morning before work to get some breakfast, the lady at the speaker seemed to be in a huge rush as she cut me off mid sentence before I was done ordering. Not even halfway into my order! I pull up to the window and finish ordering there. When I go to pick up my order at the second window, turns out she forgot to add my sweet tea to my order. Go figure. I told the lady at the second window about it and the first lady that cut me off came over to the second window and started bitching in the background in Spanish, saying that I was lying about ordering a sweet tea and that I had gotten all of my food. Um. Be careful what you say honey, a lot of people now a days speak Spanish. Very rude and impatient. The second lady acknowledge her mistake and gave me the sweet tea for free though. Not coming back here again however. Too early in the morning to be dealing with petty crap...

Because I was running late to work, I broke my 2 year no- McDonald's- run... I ordered an oatmeal and an unsweet Ice T, emphasizing and repeating unsweet... I got a sweet tea and no spoon for my oatmeal.. I should have gone to chick-fil-a; they do a better job. 6/2/15 My stupid self came back 6 months later. I had 4 meals to order and after every item I ordered I was repeatedly asked, "is that it?" I had to tell the guy no that's not it and that I still have several items to order and I'd let him know when I'm done. The food was cold, my fries where soggy and the burger had everything I asked not to put in it. Go to the McDonald's on Mercury Dr. And I10. It's like 2 miles away from this shihole...oh and the wife just told me her coffee was cold...I...
