Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Gallatin

This is my first visit to Dutch Bros. I've heard great things so I was excited to try it. A very friendly girl came up and took my order which I figured would help speed things up. However, I got close to the window and I realized the woman in front of me was ordering at the window instead of having her order taken at her car like I did. It seems a little counterintuitive to place orders with random cars and then still have people order at the window. This halts the expediting process. I waited about 14 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got to the window to get it. I ordered the Cocomo hot, which I would recommend asking for it "kids temperature" otherwise it's boiling hot and you have to wait quite a while for it to cool down. They didn't provide a sleeve for my hot coffee which makes the cup impossible to hold because it's so hot. I did finally get to drink my coffee, which was delightful. The coconut was noticeable but not overwhelming. The cup was also very full, which I appreciate. There are certain high-end chains that leave a quarter of the cup empty and fill it with whipped cream. I'll return to give the order process...

Not sure of the girls name but wears heavy black eyeliner needs to be fired ASAP luckily I’m NOT the manager because her attitude I wouldn’t put up with that…My drink was foamy and couldn’t nor wouldn’t drink it ,and when I brought is to her attention not only did she roll her eyes she proceeded to tell me nothing is wrong with it because the other worker said it looks as if the machine in low and she said I just changed it I spoke up and said when did you change it that might be the problem she spoke rudely and quickly and said idk I didn’t change it unbelievable that girl clearly doesn’t like her job nor Pple fire her because I get the same drink every single day and I know how a Golden eagle blended should taste and she wants to argue with me when I was super nice to her I will not be giving my business to Dutch Bros again I can take my business to Star bucks 😉 because that was not the first time at that location where...

I had to see what all the Hullabaloo was about....I pulled up, saw the line and immediately thought is this going to be worth the wait. Answer? Yes. And I didn't even get the coffee! I was perusing the menu and saw the Daydream "Rebel" (which is their energy drink line). The flavor of the elderberry and the passion fruit reminded me of the Flintstones Push Pops I used to get from the ice cream truck when I was a kid. It was sweet and refreshing..and nostalgic. And that pillowy "soft top" had me taking out the straw I was given and just drinking that. Next time, I might try the coffee...or maybe a tea or frost or who knows. There is so much to choose from and experience. Wait in the line...you...
