The cleanliness of this place in the ambiance is amazing 10 out of 10. The food was really good not the absolute best I've had but for the price it is well worth it meals for the lunch buffet I had I vaguely recall being around 13.99 or around about that area The service was extremely attentive The waitress never let me go dry once and was super kind I only had an extremely short amount of time between squad runs to eat and working in EMS we never get a chance to eat real food it's always fast food however this place hit the spot with being a very quick in and out experience with absolutely no compromise on the food. They hosted a whole arrangement from all the typical dishes you would expect as well as dessert dishes. Covid-19 precautions was taken in from what I could observe was enforced and decontamination was consistently done. I don't think I could find a speck of dirt on this floor if I tried. Called to try and place a pick-up order and was told "you call back in 2 hours, you place order then." Then states"we no take order, we busy". When we asked if we could at least place the order the woman on the phone was very rude and completely unprofessional. She refused to take the order and hung up on my husband. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them a second chance the next day. The same thing happened only it was going to be 2 and a half hours instead of just 2, the same person was on the phone and they were horribly rude, even more so than the day before. At that point i was done. I will never give them another dime of my money! You couldnt pay me to back. You would think they would appreciate the business in the middle of a pandemic, with businesses being shut down all around us. Nope, Not them. Save your money and go somewhere else. Just moved here an this is the only Chinese buffet around... as I set with my daughter on a cpl different occasions an eat this cold tasteless food, I feel bad for the ppl around us. They don't know that thiers actually Chinese buffets that have hot food (or even warm) an not all the food taste the same. You can tell the pineapples in the pineapple chicken are canned. Lo main noodles are so tasteless. Fried rice, again, tasteless. I can't stomach most of what they have.. just gross.. The servers are nice. Its a nice place, but the food just doesn't match the atmosphere. Hopefully they step up their game. Untill then I will be driving over an hour to get Chinese. And this place will continue to be a wasted beautiful astonishment. I gave this place 5 tries. Each time was the same. 13.99 a person for dinner. Not including drink an tip.. Definitely not worth it. I wanted to like this place. I really did. Reason I gave it so many tries....
