Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gallipolis

I came into lil Caesar’s on 6/13/24 to check to see if I could get my favorite pizza, the pretzel pizza. Upon walking in I seen a shorter guy and a much taller guy goofing around in the back. The taller approached me to when management intervened cause I know them well. Sadly I couldn’t get the pretzel pizza so I settled with a crazy crust, my second favorite. The girl(management) put the shorter one who was goofing around when I walked thought the door to make it. The friendly conversation between a newer employee and the manager was pleasant until the shorter employee who I found his name is “Travis” tries to hand off a pizza that was CAKED and OVERLOADED with parmesan and garlic. It looks sickening. It did not feel that he took his job seriously nor cared to be there. Thankfully the wonderful management sent the newer employee to make one which it came back to me very well made. The Gallipolis location no longer meets expectations when it comes to their pizzas. 9 times out of 10, the pizza is either well done, hardly any cheese, or hardly any sauce. Getting an exceptional pizza from this location is rare. Which is disappointing because you pay for a pizza but get something that ends up being thrown in the trash because it’s inedible. I got a pizza tonight and it was too well done and one slice didn’t even have cheese on it. Very dry pizza. I don’t know what needs to happen at this restaurant to make them do better but something has to change. I have gone back in for replacement pizzas a couple times because mine isn’t satisfactory. But doing that a few times gets old. I will be laying off my visits to this location for a while. Until they can get back to where they used to be with their pizzas. First review I’ve ever posted on here but I think it’s well earned by the staff. Went online tonight & put an order in at exactly 7pm. My 2 pizzas (basic pretzel pizzas) weren’t even put in the oven until 732pm. I got them in hand about 7:59pm. The app told me they would be ready anywhere from 723-728pm. One hour is totally unacceptable. The guys working in there are seemingly alright dudes, they weren’t rude or anything. It’s just the service was entirely slow. I’m not sure if everyone’s new or having a bad day or what. Also, my teenager couldn’t even eat a piece on the way home bc they weren’t cut and he couldn’t get the piece out.
