I am a Starbucks loyalists...been drinking coffee since my teens in places all over the country. But its Starbucks that has taken my love for those roasted beans to another level.
This location is new... about 7 months old at the time of my review, so they are still working on that perfect team flow. The added element of a drive thru (a first in our local area) changed the dynamics for many of the employees who came from other Starbucks locations and were used to a customer-at-the-counter type of interaction.
I always had a problem trying to find a spot to plug in my laptop or mobile devices at all of the local Starbucks...but not at this one. It's a lot bigger than the others and has tons of tables and outlets to use. A big plus over the other locations in my book. My real gripes are that the bathrooms are not unisex like all of the other corporate shops and there is only one trash area inside and outside of the building. Hopefully they'll change that soon.
Other than that, I love this location the most mainly because 85% of the time I have a place to sit, work, and charge my devices. The staff knows me there and all of them are friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for more...
   Read moreNormally, I love Starbucks. There’s always great services, exceptional beverages, and it’s quick and efficient. I visited this location recently for the first time and immediately was approached by a man who continued to knock on my car window, gesturing for it to be rolled down. Of course, I did not given the current circumstances of the virus and due to his gestures becoming increasingly more aggressive. By the time I got to pick up my order, by an employee who was not wearing a mask correctly and was making jokes with another employee about how he doesn’t care if he spreads the virus cause he didn’t believe it was real, the man was staring me down from another part of the parking lot. I asked to speak to a manager to alert them about this man and I was given a hasty response that I don’t need to concern myself with it because he didn’t physically assault me and I was fine. This was a surprising answer considering some customers have windows that do not fully close and he could easily reach in and assault someone else. Needless to say, I am very unhappy about this...
   Read moreI just went to this location at 7:45 when they close at 8:30. When i went to order the person working the drive thru sighed when i ordered and told me not to order that because he didn’t feel like making it. i asked what else i should get and he told me “id like it you left”. this was very weird considering i was very nice and they still weren’t closing for another 40 minutes? once i got to the window he continued being extremely rude and uncalled for. his name was stephen and he told me he wished i would write a review complaining. i said your crazy .. and he said ya i am. he then took my card and told me he’d scam me. The manager behind him told me she hired him and then they both laughed as if this was normal? I’m still speechless and super confused by this interaction. I hope this worker doesn’t talk to everyone like this, iv always had good customer service at starbucks and this was very weird and disappointing when i was nice and only ordered two easy drinks to make?
