I went to Vincenzo’s Ristorante Smithville for the first time on April 12, 2025, to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday and my 48th birthday. I chose this restaurant for its Italian cuisine and abundant menu. Vincenzo’s Ristorante Smithville definitely has something for everyone.
The food was OMG delicious!!! There were eleven people in attendance for the party and everyone loved the dished they ordered. The portion sizes are a great size for the price. The cocktails were amazing! I love that the bartender made me a special cocktail for my birthday drink. The food is definitely reasonably priced.
The entire staff was phenomenal!!! From the moment we walked in the door, we received a warm welcome from every staff member. Our waitress was amazingly wonderful!!! She is great at her job!!! She was professional, polite, and great at handling a large group.
Vincenzo’s Ristorante's Smithville is a great location for a private birthday party. They were so kind to decorate the space for our party. They allowed me to drop off the decorations, and they took care of everything else. We were truly pleased with the way they arranged decorations. They really made the space personal for us. We didn't bring any dessert. However, I believe you can bring your cake and they will serve it for you.
The atmosphere was nice and spacious. Ample parking on the premises and parking is wheelchair accessible. The entrance and dining area are both wheelchair accessible.
I absolutely recommend Vincenzo’s Ristorante Smithville to anyone who wants to grab a slice of pizza, order, pickup, and delivery. Whether it's a table for one or a large group of people; looking for a simple night out or celebrating a special occasion, Vincenzo’s Ristorante Smithville is the place for you!!!
I hope you enjoy your experience there as much as I have, and I look forward to...
Read moreBuyer beware! Items and prices on the Vincenzo’s take-out menu are improperly portrayed to mislead customers… 1.) The phony food images on the menu are not like the greasy/oily pizza that you actually get… 2.) When you order a regular steak sandwich, they call it a “whole” and charge you double (yes, double) the price noted on the take-out menu… 3.) They will add cheese to your sandwich even if you specifically ask for “no cheese,” because your wife has dairy allergy... 4.) When you call to let them know that your order was incorrect, they answer the phone by saying, “please hold” without any time to speak… 5.) After waiting on hold for several minutes while your food gets cold to explain the problem, they get in a huff and argue with the other staff as you listen in… 6.) When you realize that they charged you double the menu price for the sandwich and call back, they treat you like scum and joke about you with other staff while you listen in… 7.) If you’re lucky enough to speak to the manager/owner, she’ll make excuses about why they’re right and you (the customer) are wrong… I was told that the prices on their in-house menus included the difference between a “half” and “whole” sandwich; she admitted that the take-out menus only show one price. Most would assume that is the price for a “whole.” Yet, she still insisted that I was wrong to assume that the one price on the menu was for a whole sandwich. I work in the hospitality business and would never argue with a customer, especially if the customer is complaining about a legitimate issue (inaccurate menu pricing and portrayal). In hospitality, customer service and service recovery are essential to long-term prosperity. I hope this stubborn owner eventually gets over her obsession with being right and stops gouging her dwindling...
Read moreFour of us went to eat here for the first time tonight after spending the day in Smithville shopping. As soon as we walked in around 4pm we were greated by a young lady who was able to seat us right away. We received bread, which was so crispy on the outside but soft on the inside exactly how I like it, just out of the oven and oil dip! We ordered a few appetizers caprese salad and an anti-pasta dish which both were delicious! We ordered our dinners and everyone's came with either soup or salad... Two of us got soup and two got salads! Soups were minestrone and chicken orzo... Both soups had great flavors the only thing with the soup is it probably wasn't stirred because neither one had the pasta in it but was still very good!! Salads were good as well they have a couple cucumbers and tomatoes in them with your salad dressing on the side! Dinners came out and they were all delicious!!! Even though we were all stuffed we absolutely got dessert two of us got the peanut butter pie and two got the ricotta cheese cake... both desserts had great flavor and were a great way to finish the excellent meal. Everything we ordered when it got to the table we were surprised at how much they give you. Portions were very generous!! We will definitely be going back anytime we are in the area!! They did start to get crowded as we were getting done so could be a place to either go early to or just know you may have to wait a little bit for a table!!!! ...
