Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Gallup

My husband wanted to try this place as the green chili burger had been recommended to him. I originally waited 40 minutes for my order. I watched as burgers got cold while the person who was assembling burgers did so excruciatingly slowly, wrapping and rechecking orders as if he was engulfed in a tank of molasses. When I finally got in my car to drive away, I realized there was only one burger instead of two, so I went back in, and talked to the manager, who had just dealt with another customer who had a problem with his order. She apologized, and said that they would get me another hamburger. I waited for 5 minutes more and realized that the had just put another burger on for me. I asked her how long it was going to be, and she said another 10 minutes. This was unacceptable as my husband was in the car and the one hamburger in the bag was already cold. I asked for a refund and the manager said she wasn't authorized to give a refund. This is unacceptable service. Whoever owns this place needs to look at these issues. I left without the burger, got back in the car, and went to McDonald's, which I try to avoid, but at least they can deliver burgers within a reasonable amount of time. Really, I've had gourmet food at a sit down restaurant delivered in less time than the first...

This Blakes is the worst. First they dont answer their phones to allow customers to place take out orders in advance. This forces the customer to go to the establishment. Normally this is fine but during C19 this just encourages further exposure as they do not enforce social distancing policies. When ordering the employees do not give any indication of wait time for orders, leaving guests to sit and wait in their vehicles for 10-40 minutes. I have been late to work or close to late on multiple occasions because I've had to go in and order my food. I will mention that I've done this 30 to 40 minutes in advance and had simple popular orders. Ive also had my order when I was lucky enough to order over the phone not even be started by the time I arrived 10 to 15 minutes after calling based on the employees estimate.

The Blake's Lotaburger in Gallup are all terrible. I have yet to find at least one in Gallup that is great. They pretty much are the worst. Just save your money. The last couple of years the quality of the food has been not GREAT ALL. The customer services is really terrible. Not given the correct order or food is not done correctly to how you ordered it. The wait time on the food is RIDICULOUS. Waiting anywhere from 20 min to hour for COLD food. I went to all locations and they are all BAD! Am not sure if the review space has room for me to list all the bad interactions I've had. Am done, with the place.
