I certainly don't recommend this Chester's Chicken - the lady behind the counter was rude and would not give me the correct change - she demanded that I give the balance to "Children's Hospital" which I don't have a problem doing, but when you start demanding - I start saying no!
I ordered two original chicken sandwiches with mayo and tomato - the lady ignored me when I asked for the tomato and after I had repeated myself about 5 times, she finally said that they don't offer tomato even though there was a bucket of sliced tomatoes about 3 feet down the counter. The sandwiches were also old - the bottom bun was as hard as a rock.

Read morePotato wedges were undercooked and chicken was overcooked. Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Waited in subway line for 10 minutes. (I had went to the chesters side to make an order, but nobody helped me). Finally, somebody acknowledged me and said that I could just go to the Chester's side. I get there and she's more interested in giggling with her coworker than acknowledging my existence. I got offered no sauces, no drink, nothing. I asked for a drink because they had sweet tea, they were out. I went ahead and got a soda just so I didn't have to deal with them again. I also dealt with having no sauce so I wouldn't have to go back in and speak with them....
Read moreLong line at subway counter. Two ladies worked very hard to keep up with their customers - much respect for their fast service and hard work. The supervisor was completely worthless (Nos), who merely stood in front of the cash register the entire time telling the two workers what to do. The food at Chester's was way overcooked and not very good tasting. Certainly not worth eating or paying for. The terrible food, lack of adequate service, and repulsive atmosphere, with poor customer interface by the supervisor, make this a zero star. Something needs to be done to manage this location and improve the...
