Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Garden City

Had to pick up some "quick" breakfast this morning, and I love CJ's breakfast stuff. This is the nearest CJ's in my area, and it's still kind of out of the way, but I had about 10 extra minutes. Try to hit the drive through, only 2 cars there, wait 2 minutes, still, 2 cars there, 3 including me. I pull into a parking spot, hop out of car, go inside. There's one guy waiting, poor guy could barely stand there, had a cane and was kinda wobbly. Don't know how long he'd been standing there. Couple workers in there running around like they have no clue what they're doing. Guy in front of me finally gets to place an order, asks for a military discount, lady worker at the counter that had finally decided to take his order gets rude with him, that should have set me off right there, but I'm thinking dangit, I need breakfast and I need to get to work. She looks at me with that don't-even-start-with-me look and says "you'll need to wait...." I told the disabled Vet, "this is ridiculous, I hope they get you taken care of, I'm outta here." When what I should have done was instructed the "staff" there about how to treat their customers and how to get stuff done efficiently. I storm out, hop in the car, drive up to another restaurant (who I'll be writing a 5 star review for next) which is where I should have gone in the first place since it's on the way to work, and they have awesome food and great prices. Not only that, I pull up in the drive through, place my order, pay for it, and get my Mixed Breakfast Burrito all within about 2 minutes. So I usually love the staff but tonight I went up there and got some meals and I ordered for extra cookies and I did receive the cookies so this guy gets on the phone with me and I was like well did you get the box meals I said yes he says well they should be in the box and I was like no we didn’t get the cookies I said we got two sets of two that we orderedAnd he was like whoa what time did you come and I was like I had to go all the way out to my car and get the receipt to see on the receipt what time we had came So I had to repeat to him like 4×2 sets of two cookies how hard is that to understand I mean I do you speak English and he’s like I could understand what he saying and passes the phone back to somebody else not very professional man and I know it’s just cookies but it was the point of it. I'm not one to really write reviews or make complaints especially about fast food because not a whole lot is to be expected. But this place is absolutely atrocious the customer service I received by a gentleman by the name of Berna. Was absolutely Beyond rude. I placed the mobile order while standing there the order went through my card got charged he said it didn't come through on the screen so I showed him the charge I showed him the order and he said sorry there's nothing I can do so I asked to speak to a manager and he said flat out no. And then I said you're telling me I can't speak to a manager about an order that you're not fulfilling. And yeah so then I can go ahead and leave and I can get all the information I need online. There was another lady there that tried to help but then he got in her face and told her absolutely not and me to leave because I don't understand. Mind you I had to pull up my credit card order and the order on the app to show the charges and he said sorry you need to go. Don't waste your time with these people.
