Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Garden City

cole and victory - so today I go to buy a coffee to surprise my husband with his favorite coffee. I had a free one the young lady that waited on me said, "your short the amount of stamps" so, feeling embarrassed, I reach in my wallet and pull out another one that had only one on it... so, I handed it to her and she says to me " you still don't have enough, will accept it this time but you're short you had only 8 and its 10" so, I go to reach back in my wallet again jokingly say, "I should own this place as much as I come here." She replies, " we have a lot of people that come through and say that." As she was stamping the rest of my card to fill it up to 10. So, I'm not going to condemn anybody else that works there because everybody that works there and this is the reason why I go as much as I do is the outstanding over the top great job that they do, not only just for me I've watched them cross to the other window for other customers do the same great work, great great great job... but the way this girl made me feel was embarrassed because I didn't have the numbers of stamps on the card like I was trying to rip off Dutch Bros. As well as insignificant saying that everybody else says the same thing. Everytime I've ever gone there these people that work there make me feel like you're a rockstar she shouldn't be working there, short blonde hair flat face. Side note anybody that knows my husband knows that he has two large 911 coffees almost everyday in the winter and summertime everyday and I go there for him to get those because...

New update on the bottom Updating my review from 5 stars, to 1 star because their app force-updated and now it's conpletely broken. I had a lot of rewards points and money in the app wallet and I can't use them now. When I launch it, it tells me I have to uninstall TeamViewer from my phone to continue, then it closes.

A coffee app should NOT have ANY reason to be scanning what apps are on my phone in the first place. Extreme invasion of privacy!! !

TeamViewer is a legit enterprise app used by dozens and dozens of billion dollar companies, not some weird 3rd party security issue type of app. So it's legitimate, ON TOP of not being any of Dutch Bro's business what app I use.

I understand app development is tricky and mistakes and bugs happen- but I have not been able to get a response from the company or an update to fix this since November 21, 2022.

Based on these things I will not be going to Dutch Bros any more and actively discouraging people from supporting them.

Updated again because they did fix the app's function, but nobody has addressed the fact that the app was violating people's privacy and asserting permissions it...

I live right by this and use to frequent it daily but switched due to coffee tasting burnt and bitter to the point the flavor stuck in your mouth. I would occasionally still stop by for rebel drinks but am inclined to stop that as well. Came today decided to get a skinny anhhilator and it wasn’t drinkable, so bitter and no flavor. My husband took it up to the window for me because I’m not feeling awesome, they remade it and then gave an excuse on the flavor about non fat milk and that’s just how it is…. I could drink non fat milk and coffee if the espresso was not so burnt and bitter. As a previous barista the coffee in this drink is unacceptable and there is no flavor.
