Mad Swede Brewing Company — Restaurant in Garden City

Delicious beer, great bar, fantastic bartenders watch out for the prudish child managing the place. I especially loved the part where she threw me out for cheering for band that was playing. Not because I was doing anything wrong, it's live music, this isnt an opera house, you are suppose to cheer, but because she couldn't manage a burger king, much less a bar. The bartender even warned me to be careful because she was there and apparently she does this to a lot of your customers. Extremely poor customer service skills, extremely disappointed that I had my experience ruined by this girl, who obviously was having a bad night and was looking for someone to take it out on. Your bar wont get far if your bartenders have to warn people not to say or do anything because the manager is there. You have great beer. Great beer isn't enough to keep you in business if your manager keeps chasing off...

Super cool place (love the artwork!) with some really good beers (and we aren't talking just IPA's!...not that there's anything wrong with IPA's we just dig variety!). We were impressed with the dark beer selection last time we were in. They didn't happen to have food trucks - which isn't a deal breaker by any means - but sometimes we want snacks with our beers. Beers...snacks....good combo. Definitely will be back. If you love the craft beers you should definitely check out the Mad Swede!

P.S. I find it highly unlikely that someone could try 4 different beers and that they were all "terrible". Unless they normally are domestic beer fans. At any rate, that seems harsh to give a one star review and not even mention it to the establishment. I am sure that they would probably have tried to accommodate in...

We came in for a local brewery experience as visitors from out of town. Unfortunately we were pushed out disappointed. Upon walking in the place was very busy, and when reviewing the menu of beers were rudely told to go to the other side of the bar. After finding a table we were enjoying our space but trivia was about to occur and the trivia guy who was running the game asked us how soon we would be leaving so other people could have out table. Knowing we were paying customers we stayed and kept trying to enjoy our time there but after the third time being asked when we were leaving we left with beers still on the table. Very...
