I always order from this location. The people have always been very friendly and very helpful. The problem lies in giving people the right pizzas three times I have had orders messed up one time. I caught it while I was in the location and they got it corrected, but it took them 45 minutes to do it not a super big deal The next time it was a delivery and the order was messed up. They said they would send me a goof certificate, which they did, not a big deal. This last time which is causing me to write this review, I placed an order for a large stampede barbecue Then a large pizza that was half cascade chicken And half pepperoni pineapple when I receive that pizza, it was a all meat red sauce pizza. I called them and let them know. I don’t remember the female manager‘s name, but she said that they would get me out a goof certificate. Sidenote the day that I placed this order was the day after my wife had got home from having shoulder reconstruction surgery things were hectic. I never received the goof certificate And after two weeks I remembered so I called and asked about it. Another female supervisor assured me that she would get it sent out herself the next day. Fast-forward another two weeks of being super busy I still haven’t gotten it. I call and get a manager by the name of Ariana. I very calmly nicely explain the situation to her her response was I failed in following up in a timely manner so it was my fault and I would not be getting any certificate how does that make any sense? She then started educating me on how their system doesn’t allow things after a certain timeframe as if the customer is supposed to know this and therefore follow up on them repeatedly to make sure that they do their jobs. She was clearly frustrated with me, and when I placed my order, I tried to place an order of the monthly special for a half cascade half pepperoni pineapple, which I have done many times before as the monthly special and was told by the general manager that as long as half of the pizza was a specialty you could do that. Ariana told me that she would not allow it at this point. It seemed like she was just trying to be obstinate so I said you’re just being difficult. She then blew up and got emotional and yelled. Excuse me. What did you say to me I think calmly and nicely told her That it seemed as if she was trying to be difficult because she was frustrated with me there needs to be a better system for goof certificates because when you mess up, why should it be on the customer to make sure to call back repeatedly that Idaho pizza is doing its job. I love Idaho Pizza, but the quality of their managers leave something...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite place. Just got off the phone with an argumentative employee named Erick, gives me no confidence my food wasn't messed with, pizza is always promised in an hour to an hour and a half , usually always takes almost 2 plus hrs... often times forgetting my soda I payed for or sides that I'm charged for... The worst part is the customer service and attitude... I'm almost afraid to feed my kids this pizza ... Customer service is lost to the people whom I've encountered here...This place needs to teach their employees how to handle unhappy customers when people call wondering if their order is still coming or if it's been lost or just given up on....The attitude is unreal, and am pretty sure would be in check if they were face to face with me and not on the phone... hope they fix this place ,cause it's broken...Need to hire good kids that don't have attitudes ... then people won't have to wonder if these guys tampered with their food... no confidence in them anymore at all...update after delivery-This time only the marinara sauce was forgotten but they didn't forget to charge me for my ranch... The driver was the opposite and had much better customer service and skills dealing with customers... But probably will be taking all future business to Smokey Mountain Pizza... My family has been eating here since idaho pizza started and we don't walk way without reason... after reading reviews I noticed unhappy customers simply got an empty apology and nothing is done to fix it .. you basically keep their money and ask them to try again.. That is a pathetic way to do business! Your pizza is expensive compared to every other pizza joint, but they would all make it right.. you guys are crooks in my opinion ad should be turned into Better Business ... Charge for every little thing but always forget something and never make it right... My favorite pizza joint has turned into garbage business, garbage quality, garbage customer service... you say sorry and do nothing but keep people's money... terrible business practice! Zero standards and...
Read moreUPDATED: We have updated our review based on visiting two different stores, Kuna and Overland and Orchard. Both of these locations take strides in keeping the salad bar fresh and clean. The pies at each of these stores were consistent and easily met our expectations. See picture... That's a good looking pie. RECOMMENDATION: Can the seat in front of the order/pickup counter at the Kuna store be removed. It causes a great deal of congestion and confusion. PREVIOUS POST: We've been long time customers of Idaho Pizza at Victory and Cole. Sadly our patronage has ended. We ordered a large two top pizza, two side salads and two sodas. The total was nearly $32. When we went to the salad bar, it was a horrible mess, the lettuce was unfit for rabbits. We waited a few minutes, no one tended to it. I had to tell them that it needed attention. After a few moments the young man dumped another bin of lettuce on top of the old and went on to fill other containers. We worked our way through the salad bar and sat down to eat. After a few moments the pizza arrived. I explained that it wasn't a large and the attendant agreed and asked if I wanted to speak to Justin, the supervisor. Justin came up to the table and asked what the matter was and I explained we ordered a large, two top. That's what this is he replied. It may have shrunk during cooking. He was condescending in his tone and explanation. After a few moments he asked if I wanted another one, I said no, we didn't have the time and that we wouldn't be back. Okay, fine, he said and walked away. Here's the deal, we usually visited twice a month, spending nearly $30 each visit, that's $720 a year. That's $720 that we will be spending elsewhere. See the picture......
