First, I want to say that Rachael was awesome, and did the best with what she had. I showed up to the drive through at around 1 am on 2/01/22. I waited several minutes before being greeted at the drive through. I was then greeted with “hello I’ll be right with you.” Followed by, “just so you know, we’re out of jumbo Pattie’s and curly fries, so I can only do junior patties.” I later found, they were out of a lot more, including jalapeño poppers, and most dipping sauces… all of which I didn’t give any guff about. I made my order work with only junior Pattie’s. I also wanted two sides of 15 piece loaded tiny tacos (15 pc tiny tacos are $3.49, loaded tacos are $4.49). I got home, realizing I received regular tiny tacos. Drove back. Explained. After speaking with the manager, I was told that I would have to be charged again, with a discount, for the LOADED tiny tacos that I was supposed to have originally received. I paid another $7.21… I told Rachael that I wasn’t trying to be a pain, and was ok with paying the difference… but her manager should not have charged me for a whole new order, after a mistake had been made. Honestly Jack In the Box… this is absolutely ridiculous. I know for a fact that those tiny tacos cost less than $1.50 a piece…. You should just do the right thing. Read moreWent in to pick up an order for Uber. Instructions given by company on the app say to use the drive through after the lobby closes. Signage says 10 pm. Rude employees tried to tell me I'm supposed to use the lobby. I told them to address that with the manager as he should change the instructions. Then went into the lobby. Employee proceeded to trash his manager and company verbally. Said this is corporate America even if we tell them nothing will change you know that. Etc. Proceeded to take an extremely disrespectful tone with me and sass me. I don't appreciate the staff at this establishment. The company obviously needs to improve their training and customer service requirements of their employees. Directly trashing the manager and company as an employee is so disrespectful. Read moreWe went to there at 720 this evening There were 5 cars in line. When we got up to order we waited about 5 minutes. A male got on the speaker and took our order and states the title would be ready at the window. We get to the window and was told it was going to be way less. The girl then said I'm so sorry, we didn't I out your order. We were asked to go into the lobby. The girl that was at the window came to the counter. I stated that a man had taken our order. She stated that it was she that took our order while she was in the back and forgot to input our order, then turned around saying he didn't put it in. She stated that she would get it rushed out. 15 minutes later she said she was waiting on our last thing. She then asked the guy working the window where the last of our order was. She had just put the box down. He had given it to someone at the window. So we waited again until that was done. We left there about 750. I get that you are short handed, and I could have left....
