My husband and I recently moved to the area and are close enough that it’s super convenient to go to this location. I went today and can honestly say I won’t be going back. The two gentlemen working this afternoon were super nice and respectful. The woman on the other hand was not. My husband ordered a sandwich and it wasn’t even made right. When I showed up to pick up my order, she was making my wrap. The man at the register let me know my order would be done momentarily, which was totally fine. While wrapping it, she goes “guess I put too much veggies in it” because it was falling apart. Her coworker kindly told her that she was just folding it wrong and if she did it right it wouldn’t fall apart. Her response was “They will be fine and still eat it.” The young man looked at me, apologized and said “Be careful with the wrap.” I told him thank you and left. Whilst he was saying this, the girl just shrugged. It was overall rude and unprofessional on her part. Regardless if she knew I was standing there or not. You have a job. Do it right and be respectful. I’d also like to add that it wasn’t busy, there was one other person there who was already being taken care of so no rush. Read moreFood was good as always BUT, we had a very rude employee (employee #8037) who did not listen to what we wanted, snapped at us, and gave us barely Luke warm subs when we asked for toasted. A Subway Club was ordered with bacon added for an extra $2 and some odd, instead he changed that sub to the American Club with roast beef added for an extra $3 stating that it would be the same price either way and it was the same as just adding bacon which is NOT what I read on the in store signage. It seemed we were inconveniencing him from the moment we walked into the store by ordering our meal 3 hours before close with no other customers in the store, giving us dirty looks and treating us rudely the entire time we were there. I went into the cole location at about 11 AM, the place looked spotless and all of the food was organized and clean, I went to order my usual order that I’ve been getting since I was about eight years old and upon chatting with the worlds best employee, Josh, he enlightened me about the ingredients in one of the sandwiches that I’ve been ordering for years that I was allergic to, it’s completely changed my life for the better!
