I really wanted to like this store. I’ve purchased several hundreds of dollars worth of scrubs here simply because I hate shopping online and finding scrubs is limited out here. However I have had trouble finding decent scrubs even here for decent prices. Especially in the correct color for my work. They are very limited and it’s probably better and cheaper to just order online. I also accidentally made the mistake of taking off the tag and then realized I bought the wrong size. A few days later I brought it back for an even exchange. Had not been worn or even washed yet. I still had the tags. Still brand new with creases but they won’t exchange once you remove the tags. Even for the exact same top. And for a $35 scrub top that seems like kind of an absurd policy… they are expensive. And I can understand if they were like a discount store or something, but to not at least try to accommodate customers with those prices, it’s a good way to lose them.
Anyways, it was definitely my fault for not double checking the size I was buying when I was clearly mixed up putting a handful of the exact same color back while I was shopping, or before I stupidly removed the tags… but I just can’t work with a store like that. Online is definitely a better deal if I’m going to be stuck with the tops anyways. I guess I have to get with the current times and start...
Read moreI went in on Sunday, Aug 5, near closing time (4 pm). I knew fairly specifically what I wanted. When we walked in the door, the saleswoman was counting the till. She looked up and said, "You've got 5 minutes." We promised to be quick and buy without trying on. I told her what we were looking for. She showed us one item, but when I asked her to show us an alternative, her response was something like, "You can come back tomorrow and look at anything you want." She did not show us anything else, saying that was the only item that fit our description. Our description? Lots of pockets. Surely there was more than one pair of pants in the store with multiple pockets.
The saleswoman offered us a catalog and ushered us out. We left without much choice. Her comment as we left was, "I'm going to lock the door behind you so no one else tries to come in. It was my mistake for not locking it before."
When I was back in the car, I looked at my phone, expecting it to be after 4 pm. According to GPS satellite time, I was back in the car by 3:54 pm.
Since when do stores lock up ten minutes before closing to avoid the inconvenience of last-minute sales??
I've worked retail. Nobody likes the customer that comes in two minutes before closing and stays 30 minutes after, but refusing customer service ten minutes before closing time is...
Read moreI came into the store on cole road in Boise Idaho, the check out clerk Tammy was very rude had attitude the second I came inside the door. This was all because I did not have a mask on. She asked if I had one and I said no as it is not mandatory to wear one. She said then I will stay over here and if you need anything then I will direct you to where you need to go. I then asked if I can use the dressing room to try on something and she said well aren’t they open. When I went in she started to spray lysol all over. I came out and got my things and went to the check out desk. The lady said their are other area you can shop for scrubs so feel free to do that next time. I asked why are you so rude and she said that it’s freaks like me that give people covid. I asked for her manager and she said I am the manager. I felt like I was attacked by her she threw me my scrubs and told be to get out of her store. So if a supervisor or higher manager would like to talk to me about this store I would love to talk to them. I will not come here ever again. Hopefully there are cameras inside that the higher management will be able to see and teach the girls how to properly speak to...
