McDonald's — Restaurant in Garden City

I will never go back in here again and this is why I ordered my food and paid for it well all why I'm waiting I hear some girl with a loud voice saying how long do I have to wait for a 4 piece nugget anyways I was like I just wanty food well I guess she's the manager but anyways she says to one of the workers back there. She's still waiting on her food. The cashier says I just cashed her out which is true she did. But why she was back there getting mad over a four-piece nugget I was like oh my God I just want my food. She wants to come out to the counter and say I swear I promise she said that you're right. I did say that but you as a manager should not be coming to the back behind the counter with your hair down while you're throwing it up into a ponytail behind there with all the food in the kitchen I stood there. I watched her I seen her. Meanwhile I turn around. She has her daughter or niece or whoever it may be sitting down in there out in the lobby. Why she's back there working? I didn't know you could bring your kids to work. When I worked fast food. You didn't have a babysitter. You stayed home. Why did times change now because you're a manager, you think you can bring your child to work. That's bad. What if something happens in your store and your child is caught up in the middle of it? I mean people nowadays don't care what they do to go to work. We'll take their kid to me and my eyes that ain't cool. That is the stupidest thing I've ever seen in my life. The worst of it was her hair. You don't go back there in the kitchen. Pulling your hair up into a ponytail around everybody's food. What's wrong with you? You know better than that. So I called the company. Somebody will be coming in and checking on you guys. So I hope you got your shoes. Tied your hair pulled back and all that because it's coming and you just don't know when. So I hope you have all your crew members in line and everything else because you guys are about to get it. That was rude. That's disgusting and you should watch what you say around the customer's it's take our kids to work day nowadays because you don't want to call off. You jeopardize your child in case something happens in that store. But like I said stay on your peas and q's. Somebody will be coming through there. I got your picture and they know who you are. Come here usually every morning because the one at Radcliff always has an issue! Today was the second time the manager was taking orders and was very rude and today when i tried to give him some feedback on how to talk to a customer he said it’s not my problem your having a bad morning!!! I pull up to the speaker I’m told to hold on a second, I’m the only car in line. The other speaker gets a vehicle and he takes their order, I’m still waiting. Another vehicle pulls up he takes their order! I said I guess I’m in the wrong line he snootily how can I help you? I said I have a mobile order I proceed to give him the code he cuts me off and says ma’am u did that as a take out order you have to come in! I reply no it says here drive thru and to tell code at speaker, he proceeds to tell me that I messed up so I drove around. The guy at the first window gave me my receipt no issues. I get to the second window and asked who took my order? The cashier not friendly at all he says Alfredo or whatever his name was. I asked who was the manager and he said that Alfredo was. Alfredo came to the window I tried to simply show him my phone so he maybe next time wouldnt be so rude and actually listen to the customer! He starts hollering like a little girl “it’s not my problem you’re having a bad day” and slams the window!!!! I actually was and did have a great day despite his negative energy! There was no reason for him to get upset!! When I called to speak with the store manager he stated she would be in later her name is destiny laughed and said good luck he knew my name from the app! Really bad experiences over here, they keep forgetting something on every order I get and then the manager named Chelsea Jones is so bad, I had a horrible experience with her also, I didn’t have any cheese and I asked them to give me some cheese but my sandwhich was already cold, so I asked for a hot one and then they gave me a new hot one but then they forgot the lettuce and then I was like you know what I just want a refund on my whole thing, so they gave me 3 dollars and my meal was 7 dollars and I asked for a FULL refund and then the employee came got this manager and she said “what’s wrong? What’s wrong?” in a really rude tone and I told her I want my FULL refund back instead of giving me half of what I paid for and then she said “I don’t understand what’s wrong with it if everything else on the meal is right?” Again in a really rude tone and I said look I just don’t want to eat it any part of the meal and just give me my FULL refund back because this has happened many times and this might be my last time I’m coming back because you guys have forgotten many orders of mine like an apple pie, apple juice, and cookies, which was 3 separate times and she literally told me “well then you better not come here again” that’s super unprofessional and she needs to be more empathic and understating.
