I used to come here often for lunch because it's close to my job. However, this spring I began to have trouble. I was ordering their new chicken wraps and my orders kept getting made wrong, even after I had clearly explained to the clerk what I needed. I only have a short lunch period and don't have time to wait in the drive-through and then come inside for my lunch to be remade.
Then one day I pulled up to the kiosk to order, and no one took my order, even though I repeatedly yelled "Hello?" at the terminal. I had to pull out and pull into the other lane. The next week, it happened again, but people in the other lane were ordering and no one was taking mine for like 5 minutes. I finally pulled away and went inside. I explained that I had been waiting in line and no one had taken my order. The cashier apologized and got the manager for me. I told the manager what had happened, and she was completely impassive. She didn't apologize, offer to get my lunch right away, or offer a discount. She just walked away!
I submitted a complaint online, and within a few days I received a follow-up email from the corporation asking if anyone from the store had followed up with me. No one had. No one ever did. Worst customer service ever and I had never been back.

We were there eating for at least 30 mins and none of the employees went to clean it up, and the employee that walked by it to go to the bathroom didn't even look at it at all. Got our food and it was wrong. Was supposed to be large meals and they gave us mediums. Asked the manager to fix it and she tried to give me two more mediums instead of the three larges that was supposed to have in the first place. Then she rudely took the food and went and got the large fries. She then told one of the cooks to take it to the black girl. I'm caucasian and paler than a sheet of paper. My sisters sandwich had brown lettuce on it. All the fries were at least an hour past their safe to serve time. So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worse enemy. We'll be lucky to not be sick tomorrow or later...
   Read moreIf I could give a ZERO STAR I would. This McDonald's constantly has SLOW wait times, teenagers messing off, chatting instead of working, and they're constantly forgetting my food. Instead of giving me my full order, they forgot half of my meal, and instead of a refund, or anything of the sort, I was offered to come all the way back across town and get it later, or come get it right now.
I don't know if it's an ownership problem, or a management problem; or both. "Bad associates" is only an excuse that goes so far when you've been facing these exact issues with a multitude of guests for years. I'm incredibly dissatisfied. The other McDonald's in town at least has associates that smile, and provide at least a semblance of customer service.
Literally just drive 3 minutes and go to the other McDonald's if you want their junk...
