The place was in a great location with plenty of parking and the staff was very quick and attentative. This place is small so not a lot of seating but they do have some outdoor seating which is nice.
Now for the food, I got the bung bo hue special so it contains almost everything (the hue saugage patty, blood cake, shank, boil pork belly). The soup came with a very small side of vegetables, I was expecting more herbs and was hpoing for some banana flower but hope was dash. Just your basic lettuce and bean sprout. The bowl was flavorful but just a little bland for me, I didn't get that hint of bung bo hue flavor, the man ruoc and lemongrass. It was also very sweet which is not what I look for in a good bowl of bung bo hue. In addition there was a lot of MSG as I can feel how thirsty I was after eating it. I am ok with MSG but too much of it kills the flavor. Will not be back as there are so much better places that serves bung...

I was glad to have tried this place. The Bun Bo Hue broth was good but it wasn’t spicy so you have to add the spice to your liking. They had all of the right ingredients that is supposed to go into the soup. The best part is that the price is spot on!
