This spot used to be Bap’s Kitchen before they moved, so crazy how fast things flip around. It’s a small to-go-only spot in Garden Grove, right across from Chuz and Claws. They focus on catering and takeout, so there’s a 6-piece minimum — which honestly, not mad at.

These egg rolls? Next level. The outside is insanely crispy — like, careful not to cut the roof of your mouth crispy, but not in a bad way. Still holds together, doesn’t fall apart. Inside is shrimp, crab meat, taro, and carrot — with a vegetarian option too.
