Great help with flame and changing grill. I would Google some menu words so you know what you might be getting. Is it a tiny octopus or a giant squid? (Not sure about the octopus)

If you order and not try, even if it's a little portion, just try it. They charge for food not used or eaten, so just pace yourself and remember, order the rib eye steak first, 2 small meats and the rolled bacon.

The place is very large. We entered and waited at the podium to be seated. They seated us and that was it. We finally noticed the QR Code and scanned it. The busser came over and brought the regular sides to the table. We said we hadn't been here before and he pointed to a server and said they come. Music is SUPER LOUD K-Pop music. Makes talking to each other across the table hard, it's super loud. Also a video with a bloody bathtub is not exactly appetizing to see at a restaurant. She came and asked what 3 items we wanted. I then told her we wanted a drink too. I asked for hot tea and my husband asked for a pot of hot water. She came back with a cup of tea and a small cup of water. Busser walked by and asked again for a pot of hot water. The server came again and we ordered more meat and asked for a pot of hot water. This time she brought a tiny cup. Asked for more potato and more meat. While cooking the first meat the grill fire was super low and then went out. Had to have them relight it. They did bring meat quickly but hard to flag them down as one server was covering all the tables. Half way through other staff came out and helped and even a manager walked by to see if we needed assistance. Towards the end we had to keep asking for refills and when they do a grill change you have to remove all the meat off the grill for them to change it. They also would walk by and turn down the fire, slowing down cooking time. It seems staff here are very limited on their English as they never understood what we would ask them. I told them we were new and had not been here before and they just said "Yes". Their dessert is a stack of ice cream cones next to a little freezer with a tub of vanilla or a tub of spumoni. The tubs move around when you try to scoop some. Food was ok but we did ask to bring smaller portions since there were only 2 of us. Also, they had no steak when we asked for it. They said they were out and it was 230 on a Monday afternoon.Due to the extremely loud music and the lack of communication, we will not return here. We have had much better food at...

It was very frustrating because we went on Father's Day. It was supposed to be a special BBQ treat to the special man of our house but our experience was not pleasant at all. First, after we got our orders, we were ready & excited to start grilling but there were no BBQ thongs on our table. We kept calling our server so we can start cooking but we had to wait for a while until he gets back to our table. We didn't even have table napkins, we also had to keep asking for the appetizer while waiting since they only serve so little at a time, it was supposed to be all-you-can-eat. We can tell our server was overwhelmed. Another thing was, the place is so dark that we had a hard time seeing our food while we were grilling, we can't tell if the meat is already cooked. They should brighten the place so customers can see the food while they're grilling or eating. My suggestion is they could have prepared the table ready ahead of time and placed everything that was needed on the table before seating customers so it could have been a smooth flow and customers can enjoy their visit. The worst part was, we kept waiting for the server to check on us & when he was back he kept forgetting about our requests. The server was a bit older but he was very nice and helpful, we truly understand his capacity for serving especially on busy days. This restaurant should put a younger server especially when it's a busy day so this business will foster for more years to come.
