If you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, Phở Gà Dry is a must-try dish that brings a fresh twist to traditional Phở. Unlike the usual steaming bowl of broth-based phở, this dry-mixed chicken Phở is a delightful combination of soft and juicy shredded chicken, chewy rice noodles, crispy fried shallots, fresh herbs (lettuce, mint, bean prouts) and a perfectly balanced soy sauce that makes its an unique flavour.
My boyfriend is a Bánh Canh (Vietnamese Udon) fanatic and admitted the Bánh Canh Chả Cá at Dương Vương is the best in Garden Grove, California. He really liked the taste of fish cake paste, the clear broth was on point, and the udon noodle very soft.

Read moreUsed to be a to-go place but they are transitioning it into a full on restaurant. The bun bo is surprisingly good (the place doesn't look fancy like Vua Bun Bo and the other shops) and pretty cheap.
The quality of the meat in the pho is very good as well with lots of marbling (not bad for $12 😛), and is more of the lighter some made type, if you are into that. Rice plates are pretty big portions, which my friends seemed to like.
