FOOD & DRINKS The soft serve is good. Nothing particular outstanding. The taiyaki was warm, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside. The red bean paste was very sweet. A bit too much for my personal taste. I also had a custard taiyaki which was ok. I had much better ones in Japan. The custard was kinda gooey. Not as velvety and creamy I was used to.

SERVICE Can't really judge service. The girl who took my order was nice and friendly. I got my order and that's it.

ATMOSPHERE The place is small. It is no place to sit around and enjoy your time.

RATING Since this is a franchise the final rating comes down to only this location. The product they serve is good. The amount of toppings is limited but fine. Unfortunately the amount of swirl options is limited to 3 at a time. They change it on a weekly basis I believe. Overall pretty decent...

Food was good . Up to the franchise standard.the INSIDE store was clean . Inside is very small and narrow no sitting area just a piece of wood acting as a bar . The taiyaki were fresh and delicious . The down side is its in a very guetto unsafe area lot of homeless around . ( one came inside on the day i ordered) .the sitting area is awful with view on the parking lot and stench of traffic . You have to find parking around the sourrouding guetto building the roads and parking arent maintain well . Employee werent super helpful nor welcoming . Went in went out . Not really the type of experience that will blow your mind . I ended up taking my food to take out because the store surrounding is really gross and not all that safe . I like the franchise but hate this specific location . I wish they would move it to a better area like irvine / costa...

Staff was friendly and patient with my kids. It was our first time so we weren’t sure which flavors would be to our taste. But they were all pretty good. Peach - 6/10 it was too sweet for me Cookies and milk 8/10 Milk 8/10 Matcha and ube swirl 9/10 Ube 8/10 The taiyaki when it comes in the ice cream is not warm and actually a bit cold - still soft but not warm. We got the following as a filling - Custard, Nutella, and red bean they were all good 8/10 but there’s not a lot of it just a simple swipe on the inside. The fillings were good but the taiyaki itself is just ok 7/10 We would prob just either get the taiyaki by itself or just the ice cream by itself. Cute little spot but no indoor seating; there are a few outdoor seatings but with a few homeless people roaming and yelling - it wasn’t a very kid friendly vibe to...
