I've wanted to get kimchi from this place for a while. Finally, we had a chance to stop by. The owner was so nice. My husband likes lightly fermented fresh kimchi and I like the sour kimchi which is fermented for a while. The owner explained to us to always get very fresh kimchi, put in fridge and eat. Then we can get from very fresh kimchi to fermented ones. On the other hand, for cucumber, he said he doesn't recommend to keep for a long time because it's not that good. Just got the jar of their whole “baek” kimchi — meaning white. I’ve recently had baek kimchi from another kimchi spot in Buena Park and it was too sweet and filled with other additives. I was very disappointed until a friend told me about this place.
