This was a hard one. This Dunkin' Donuts has really turned itself around, but Friday and Monday morning really showed the true work ethic of a few employees and the store's poor communication to its customers. Friday morning, I pulled in to grab a few items before work, when I arrived in the drive thru to order I saw a paper bag taped to the post that they could not accept debit or credit cards in the drive-thru but they could at the inside counter so I processed inside. After waiting for one customer in front of me, I was greeted by a kind gentleman whom I had seen before. He took my order and handed me my baked good. Then I was to wait for my two drinks on the other side. He apologized a few times as he was searching for an ingredient. Someone in the back yelled out where some was but did not grab it for him. Needless to say, there were now three more people waiting since everyone was coming in, and no one was in the drive-thru window. But two young women were still standing/ leaning against the counter next to the empty, just letting him struggle. I believe the supervisor was to the side trying to get the cc machine working. I was just so disappointed with their behavior. Then Sunday morning I saw the drivethru was almost full so I tired to go inside but found a sign on the inside door saying it was closed so I got back in the drive thru to find after seeing multiple people drive away without ordering the same paperbag sign about no cards in the drive thru but you could go inside to use them so I asked politely about the inside counter being closed since the sign indicated something different. Abvolisly, no one changed the sign. I can't imagine how many people stopped in and left. Other places have staff shortages, but they do their best to communicate it will clear the signage/ sandwich board that you see before you park and get out. Hopefully, this gets sorted out, and the two ladies understand that it takes teamwork to achieve great...
Read moreTo start, I used to work at a Dunkin’ Donuts years ago. I order from the drive through a plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and specifically ask for extra cream cheese on the bagel. I drive all the way home and open up my bagel to see quite literally almost no cream cheese on my bagel. At this point, I’m upset because you pay alot of money for a bagel and also pay an extra additional fee for the extra cream cheese. I go back to Dunkin to hopefully either get my bagel remade or get a refund. I go to the counter and show them my bagel and say “This isn’t even a regular amount of cream cheese, let alone extra.” And one of the woman working looks at the bagel and goes “that is actually a regular amount of cream cheese, but I’ll make you a new one.” I was actually appalled because when I tell you that there was literally no cream cheese on this bagel, there was practically nothing. I wish I had taken a picture of what the bagel looked like. I used to work at Dunkin Donuts, and the amount of cream cheese they consider to be “regular” now is not even worth the inflationary ridiculous prices they expect you to pay for what was once cheap inexpensive “fast food.” This has actually happened to me a couple times now with this Dunkin Donuts and having to go back in and remake the food for me which should’ve been done correctly the first time is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not fast food if I have to constantly go back inside and have them redo it. It’s a waste of my time and money, and yours to whoever reads this. I do not typically complain about food/service or even write reviews for that matter. However, with this occurring on numerous occasions i think it’s necessary. Also the bagels that are advertised on the menu and on commercials look full of cream cheese. You need to serve what you advertise. Safe to say I won’t be purchasing bagels from...
Read moreWent in this morning to get myself a coffee as well as my husband a coffee and donuts. The girl at the register, Kiesha refused to wait on me. She did this with my parent’s as well as they ordered right after me. I ordered my stuff and it took 20 minutes for me to even get it all. I do understand that there must be a new employee there as he didn’t appear to quite know what he was doing yet, but this girl looked at him and was rude and stated, “Finish your drinks!” I know that made the atmosphere super uncomfortable at that point, but I was still waiting for my husbands coffee. I finally received 5 minutes after mine. Something should be done about this girl because evidently she shouldn’t be working with the public if this is the kinda of treatment customers receive. I don’t know if I want to return without my...
