Lisa's Legit Burritos - GARDINER — Restaurant in Gardiner

I just walked in to order and the supposed owner just over ran me while I was trying to order food. A co-worker and friend were with me and she says he was sarcastic, talking over me, he would not take my order and every-time I spoke he snapped back at me with a rude response. I am now at IGA to get food because someone in customer service should not treat someone like I was treated. We wound up spending nothing. I tried to place my order and the next thing I know he is walking away. I had covered my eyes because he was coming at me verbally insulting me. I do not understand and I do not need to. To go eat it should be able to go in order and eat not be humiliated and excused like trash.

I just got your response, first of all I was wiping fingerprints as I thought maybe my friend and I would have to enter our order, secondly my friend that was with me came because I have been telling her of another place, thirdly I answered not only that I was ordering and a camera without voice is just that. You saying I was having an issue is just how you want to play...

I called because I didn't get the burrito with the rest of my order, the staff was nice but the owner was extremely rude and doesn't make mistakes and I must have the burrito. After telling me that I must have my burrito he finally offered to make another but after being so condescending I'm honestly all set now and going forward. I would like to thank all staff before for all the great food and quality service.

As some who has ordered from LLB many times, and the fact that the MEAT was the coldest part of the taco I can assure that was not the case. The pork burrito was warm, but the steak tacos... the STEAK was cold, everything around the steak was warmer, the sour cream was trying to warm the steak 🤣.

Vegans, take note! Lisa's is a fantastic vegan-friendly spot. I visited Lisa's Legit Burritos in Gardiner for the first time today, and had a fantastic meal. The woman who helped me at the counter was so kind and thoughtful. She even came over while my food was being prepared to double-check one of my requests.

All of the beans are vegetarian, and vegan (Daiya) cheese can be subbed for dairy cheese in any dish. Vegan items are clearly marked on the menu. Staff are fabulous! The food itself is delicious and a great value: fresh ingredients, and a nice balance of the different components of my burrito. I also love that you can get a "mini burrito" on a 10" tortilla, if you have a petite appetite (or if you're saving room for dessert!).

PS. try the Oreo-strawberry quesadilla, it's terrific. :)
