Burger King — Restaurant in Gardner

I recently visited a Burger King in Kansas while spending time with my family, and I have never experienced such excellent customer service at a fast-food restaurant. We stopped in around lunchtime, which is usually the busiest time of day, but every employee was welcoming, friendly, and professional.

My family can be pretty picky with our food, and we placed several special orders. To our surprise, every single order came out perfect, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer about it. The food itself was fresh, hot, and excellent for Burger King.

The manager on duty, Sarah, truly stood out. She was so kind, attentive, and even took the time to laugh and chat with my kids, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was so positive that, although we originally planned to take our food to go, we decided to stay and enjoy our meal there.

We enjoyed it so much that we actually came back the next morning for breakfast before heading back home. It’s rare to find this level of service and care at a fast-food restaurant, and I truly appreciate the team—especially Sarah—for making our visit...

I live in Ottawa Ks, I thought I would NEVER eat Burger King again. I actually couldn't stomach the thought. I ate breakfast in Ottawa one morning because it used to be mine and my oldest son's favorite breakfast place to eat together. I haven't had their breakfast in years. I didn't know they had burritos, so I got my favorite croissanwich, hash browns, and one burrito. I got 5 and I'm not exaggerating, 5 cold chewy Hashbrowns. My burrito with the salsa was disgusting and I ended up sick all day after that. I don't know if it was the sauce or what but it was so so bad. I was so sick I had to lay down and couldn't function. So this brings me to Gardner, I met my son in Gardner and we were hungry and in a hurry so we decided to go to Burger King since we were right there. I was a little worried about eating there. I got 2 original wraps and large fry. Man it did not disappoint!! It was so good, amazing actually!! Fast and friendly service too! Everything was absolutely perfect and fresh hot fries!! I'm so thankful it was delish! Good job Gardner Kansas...

I am normally impressed by the staff of this location, especially during the morning. We don’t order very often, but when we do drive through it’s great. Today due to an injury I had to rely on delivery. Absolute mistake. We didn’t get our sides on the meals and completely incorrect drinks. My husband called and they blamed it all on the delivery people. I wasn’t upset until they didn’t even choose to claim responsibility and blamed it on the driver who obviously cannot open my bag and search through the contents or realize that the drinks were supposed to be bright red instead of brown. This is really unacceptable, but I’ve been finding this to be the case for any delivery of any place now. Don’t use a scapegoat to justify your mistake. I know this was not the driver’s fault. I will not be returning when this is the level of customer service we get when we politely call and tell them there was an issue. I absolutely hate complaining. I never do.
