BC Pizza of Traverse City — Restaurant in Garfield Township

Don't come here for the lunch buffet. I can't speak to anything else but the buffet was bad. There were maybe 3 pizzas, some cheese and bread sticks, and everything was dried out and bland. The pizza itself other than being dried out and bland was just a ton of bread (and not even good) with a splattering of toppings. The salad bar was a joke - the salad mix was wilty and tired looking and the rest of it was just your basic fare but not alot of choice. On top of all this you had to bus your own dishes. I've never been to any restaurant where that happens. All this and they ask for a tip when you pay. A tip for what? Not trying to sound old and grumpy but this was just a terrible experience. We don't have a BC Pizza near us at home so, whenever we travel around Michigan, we look for one where we are going. We have always had great pizza and service regardless of which one we went to. Unfortunately, that streak ended today. Customer service was good. Order was correct and ready on time. The breadsticks were up to par but the pizzas were almost inedible. The dough was flat in some areas and extra thick in others. There was very little sauce on the pizza. We had to use the sauce that came with the breadsticks. 2 stars may seem a bit harsh given that the service was decent and breadsticks were good but the pizza was that bad. We have been getting delivery from this B.C pizza for 3 years now and majority or our food has been very good. The last two times I have ordered has been a disaster. The same girl took both orders and does not listen to what you are asking for. The first time I asked specifically if she has spaghetti noodles. Answer was yes. She asked if I wanted red or white sauce, I said red. What came was penne pasta in alfredo. Second time ordered wings with orange sauce on the side, because I haven't had the orange before and wanted to see if I like it. Came with orange all over the wings. What a waste of my money.
