I got there at 7:55pm tonight and the open sign was still on. I walked up to the door, it was locked and there was a girl sweeping or mopping (I didn’t pay that much attention), and another girl was behind the counter. I grew up going to Wares and so did my kids, yet this year we took our 5 year old son and the small (NOT Kiddie) size was literally half a damn scoop of ice cream! I asked and double checked but she insisted this was a normal small! My daughter went a week later and got the same ridiculous size half a damn scoop! For once in my life I am willing to say that was the last time we will be visiting this Ice Cream Shop and the last time we ever recommend it. Disappointed...

My family and I love this place and have been eating our summer treats here for years. From the one on 14th Street, to the one down on the Bay, and now this is the last… their chili dogs are awesome.
