Nice enough people but always slow to load. Been here a half a dozen times to pick up loads and it’s always 3-5hrs. Pull in the gate and sit on scale while checking in at guard shack. Guards always polite. Call shipping office and I’ve always got a door right away. They make you drop and unhook from your trailer and wait along the side fence for your trailer/paperwork to be brought to you. Hook back up, go to scale and check out with guard...On the plus side they will let you leave if you wanna bob tail down to the store or get food or whatever. Go shopping, see a movie or sleep. You always have a few hours to kill. Once again nice people but slow. Not the worst place by far, just wish...
Read more5 stars for guards ,they being polite and explicit and 1 stars because isn’t good at all to mess up truckers life time .It’s that important as your time dear people from the management department . Have an appointment,get there on time and being there max time possible to pickup the load ,I’ve patient and and I’ve wait max to make it done and to have enough time to get to the Reciever .stilling humans life time because you aren’t organized isn’t professional .I imagine how all could be if to get late ,for sure there is work in ,probably late fees and waiting time for plenty of hours …. 8 hours waiting time to pickup leads in a delay and no reasons...
Read moreWhere to even start. My first week my name in the paper work was "Trevor" this place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Disposable people are promoted quickly thanks to high turnovers. This has led to many upjumped people in positions of authority that don't deserve to be. Start and end times are totally unpredictable for shifts even if you get a qualified position. Old union workers are rude and disrespectful to the new hires and try to get them to quit. Was told in orientation you get no vacation time for the first 3 years. The only people that seem to want to work here hate their lives and hate being anything but miserable...
