Caprissi Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Garland

The ordering was super easy. The staff was very friendly. I got there right at the estimated time of my order being ready. It was between 3-4pm on a Saturday so it wasn’t busy. Food wasn’t ready yet, no issue. So I went back out to my car to wait. Worker brought it out to me. 5stars for that alone. The pizza smelled good. I got a medium cheese with beef added with an order of mozzarella sticks. Simple yet satisfying usually. The flavor of the pizza was great. But I had to stop at 2 slices. I had eaten a few of the mozzarella sticks before and it just didn’t sit right with me. I’ve never had such a stomach reaction so fast to any food. I’m pretty durable stomach wise. I had to trash the remainder because the sheer smell after I felt awful was a no go for me. Not sure if it was the oil or what but, I couldn’t do it. Would I try it again? Probably not. There are lots of pizza places in the area that don’t instantly make me feel...

I want to be clear, I don't think this is the employee's fault.

When I placed my order for a calzone yesterday at around 3, I arrived at the estimated time for pickup and the store was locked and nobody was there. I waited for another 15ish minutes before I had to leave for class.

I believe this establishment only had one employee at the time, so they were out doing deliveries when my online order came in.

The owner of this establishment needs to hire more people to make sure people's orders don't go missed like mine was.

Fortunately I was called back and could get a refund which is why I gave 2 stars, but this experience was...

This is about delivery only! It looked great but didn't get to eat any due to the ants. There was a time frame given for when my pizza might be delivered but nothing concrete. My food sat outside for idk how long cause I'm not sure when it was delivered and ended up getting ants in the pizza as well as the pasta I ordered. they need to work on communication when they deliver. The only way to get accurate updates is to download an app that I know I'll never use. Spent over $50 on food and can only eat the salad 😂. I would like to try them again but maybe either in person or me...
