I always receive great service when Jennifer is there. Last night I had the worst experience. First I walked in and employees were sitting on the counters. 2 young men were outside in the car sleeping. I spoke when I walked in. I didn’t get a response from any of the 4 employees. I gave them my name and the young lady told me my total. Instead of walking to me and getting my payment method; she asked the young man(also sitting on counter) to pass her my card for payment. After processing my payment I was just standing there waiting for my order, because my wife received the message saying it was ready. No one said anything after I was standing there nearly 10 minutes. I asked them to check on my order and no one responded; instead gave me more attitude. Someone was in the back eating and the others were just standing around so I was totally confused. I went back to my car, waited a couple minutes and came back. The young lady then slid me my order(across the counter she had been sitting on) and didn’t say thank you or anything. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Me and my wife eat here at least once per week. When I checked my order my toppings were all packed in the middle of my pizza and my pizza wasn’t cut in squares as specified. Read moreI placed an order for delivery on the app and opted in to track my order. I received a text saying my pizzas had been delivered, but they had not. I waited for a few minutes, then called the store to see if it was a mistake or if the order was delivered to the wrong address. The person I spoke to claimed to be the manager and she was the rudest person on Earth! She cut me off, was extremely sarcastic, unprofessional and just down right ghetto! I asked the delivery driver for her name and he also said he’d heard complaints about her — he was nice and apologized. Stupid me, I call back to find out the name of the franchise owner to file a complaint on “Tonya” and reached a different manager — she too was rude! Asked if there was something wrong with me. Uh yes! Terrible customer service! When I told her I planned to file a complaint, she said “have fun with that”. I’m speechless. It’s just pizza! When I hear operators complain about business being down and needing to find ways to increase traffic/sales, I can’t help but think about the importance of customer experience. Read moreI placed my order in advance so I could just swing by and pick it up. I saw there was a drive thru. Great idea! Drove around and it said to honk if no one’s there… honk twice after sitting there 10min .. mind you we already placed our order 25min ago.. now it’s 35min after waiting at drive thru. I open their window since I seen inside they didn’t even come acknowledge us.. I told the lady just letting you know we been sitting outside the drive thru. She could’ve acknowledge me and said give me a few min. I wouldn’t have an issue waiting but instead she told me she w a customer with an attitude turned around and I’m sure made a comment about me.. ok IM A CUSTOMER TOO .. have some basic customer service maam lol ..So at this point I just drive to the front and walk in to speak w the lady.
