Lots of things to say about our visit here today. If you want a spoiler alert, here it is: it’s all good, a good value and we WILL be going back. Often.

Regardless of the preconceived ideas about the ‘Brazilian’ theme, the entire buffet is filled with excellent quality foods - hot and cold.

There are so many options to choose from, you don’t have to worry about finding something for everyone in your group.

And there are several items with a Brazilian twist on, yet nothing requires you to get ‘climatized’ to.

Regarding the adage: ‘serve hot food hot’, well they have a fantastic solution. Instead of the ‘steam pan’ technique, they literally have the hot foods on the buffet on a grill. You can see several of the foods bubbling, so they’ve conquered that problem a lot of buffets have.

The other aspect of it that we liked, is the Brazilian steak/meats component is optional and you can with choose that add-on, or not.

If there are people in your group that want it, great. If there are people like us that had the buffet without it, trust me, we found plenty to get our moneys worth.

There is an absolute need in the dining market for this business in the Rockwall area. News is going to travel fast and I expect this place to do really well.

If anyone in your group poo-poo’s the idea of the ‘Brazilian’ component, trust me, they’ll get over it the second they fill up their plate with fresh salads, fresh breads, the hot foods, and a dozen other excellent sides. The flan was very very good as well.

Tip: go there for lunch between 11-3 and it’s very affordable. I think it was $10 less/person.

I absolutely love this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt like VIPs. The warm and inviting atmosphere immediately set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. They genuinely cared about making our visit special. The food was absolutely outstanding—each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a delight, and it’s obvious that a lot of thought and care goes into the menu. Whether it was appetizers, main courses, or desserts, everything exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout goes to Alejandro, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for us. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, he checked in to ensure we were satisfied and offered excellent recommendations. When we were leaving, he personally took the time to thank us and wish us well, which made our experience even more memorable. Alejandro’s genuine hospitality and professionalism really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Overall, I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, inviting atmosphere, and the exceptional management by Alejandro makes it a place I’ll definitely be returning to.
