I'm on day 5 today since Saturday when I picked the food up from you and I feel amazing. I have lost 2lbs and I have only been eating your food twice a day and nothing else. I have been drinking the tea and it is giving me tons of energy. I really love the way I feel and I feel very satisfied with the food. I have been drinking the collegen broth which is so, so, so, so good. I can't wait to see what's next with the next meal prep. You have helped me so tremendously in starting to make a better health journey. The food is so delicious and I now eat for health. I thought I was picky but working with Dr. Wu has shown me that if your open and just push yourself to try and sample foods you may surprise yourself. Delicious food! Recently changed chefs. Only authentic Szechuan food in the area. Not greasy or made with artificial ingredients like traditional, American Chinese takeout restaurants.

They also have conventional American Chinese dishes cooked in a more healthy style.
