Loaded Burgers-N-BBQ — Restaurant in Garwood

Rarely do I ever find a place that is absolutely perfect. This is one of those places. Absolutely the best burger you'll ever have. No filler, no fluff. Just grade-A, grass-fed ground beef, cooked however you want it (rare) by a chef that knows what he's doing, and your choice of cheese melted on with a blowtorch because that's the only way to get it melted perfectly without letting the burger sit too long or cook unevenly. You get to watch as the chef meticulously scrapes the grill clean after every single flip. It's a sight to see. Served up on a tray with the perfect fries. You ever have the perfect french fry? Crispy on the outside, hot and chewy on the inside, and salted to perfection? This place has them. Goes amazing with their signature loaded sauce. I love this place. I've been going here on the regular for almost a year now and they will continue to get my business until the day I die. I'd eat here every day if my wallet and heart could afford it. I'm in love. Absolute perfection and I will die of shock if I ever find a place that makes a better burger. If burgers aren't your thing, they also have barbeque brisket, which I'm SURE is just as good, I've never tried it personally. I fell in love with the burgers and haven't looked back. Go here. Came here years ago and it was absolutely delicious. Tried coming about a year ago and it was closed for renovations. Placed a big family order today and the reviews are mixed. Mac and cheese was spot on! Street corn was delicious! Burger actually came out medium (most places say it’s medium but it comes out well done) and was delicious. Good serving size for fries as well.

Now for the negatives... I got the pork belly and it was not only very hard and chewy but it also didn’t even fill the entire sandwich. It was mostly bread and toppings. Very upsetting for one of the most expensive menu items. My wife got the shroom-a-dilla and it pretty much looked like two tortillas stuck together by small slices of mushrooms and some cheese. There was nothing “loaded” about this one either. Also got a side salad and it was literally a handful of mixed greens; not even some tomatoes or any other small veggies that you’d find added into a salad.

Comfortable atmosphere, actually feels like a food truck expanded into a small restaurant. Server was very nice. Great if you wanna be in and out, or looking for a very casual dining experience. Of course, food was great. Was looking to catch-up with a friend over burgers and fries, and it was the perfect atmosphere.

Medium rare burger came out perfect. Ordered burger with cheddar cheese and ordered cheese fries with cheddar, as well. Fries were nice and crispy with skin on, and real cheddar is used, not Kraft tasting cheese. Burger was nice and juicy, and not dripping in oil. The sauce they offer on the side is tangy, savory, and compliments the burger well. Bun was tasty and not crumbling apart with each bite. Options are on a chalkboard menu above the grill, and building a burger you want is simple.

Next trip is all about getting my hands on the brisket fries! Only con is that food truck feel, if that's not your thing, then you may wanna look elsewhere or...
