Arby's — Restaurant in Gas City

I pulled up to the drive through in my work truck, as I have at this and many ither establishments. It's a little bit too tall for the awnings, so I stay a little wide and step out of the truck to interact at the window. This time, I received no reply despite calling out and adjusting my position to try to notify the associate that I'm there. After pulling up to the window, the associate apologized (clearly uncomfortable with what they were told to say to me) and said "My manager said to tell you the dining room is open." I responded, "Can I just order here? It's one thing." And they simply said they couldn't serve me there, and that I had to come inside.

Very unprofessional of the manager to decline service, especially given the circumstances. There was nobody else in line. I just wanted a slider, but apparently their manager had to prove a point or something. But thankfully there's a lot of other cheap fast food alternatives that are perfectly willing to...

Still drive thru only but it moved fast. I did have a short wait for the Potato Cakes I ordered and was asked to pull ahead. When they were brought out, the grease soaked bag should have been a heads up something wasn't quite right. Since they were busy, I figured I would just put them.on a napkin (which there was none in the bag) and let them drain. When I pulled them from the bag the grease dripped every where..... literally. On my shirt, pants, car. It was a mess and disgusting. The one gyro was totally soaked with grade and inedible. I had an hour drive home and had to immediately spot treat my clothes.....hoping the grease...

Arby's is fast food. A more expensive choice for fast food. Sometimes the food is good but usually it's just okay and sometimes not worth the money you're paying. My last few experiences with different locations left me feeling unappreciated as a customer and I found that the staff could use some training in how to treat customers with a little kindness and a lot...
