Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gas City

Came in and waited to be seated. Our waitress took our drink order, and she brought most of them out but forgot waters. Then she came out for our food order and a half-hour after ordering she came out to tell us that the system chrashed as she put in our order (still wondering what took so long to even put it in the computer). A half hour later, one of our two pizzas came out. However, it wasn't actually our pizza because the order was wrong, but we couldn't tell our waitress that because she went to get plates for 15 minutes. After we went up and told the kitchen about it, they brought out our other food. The second pizza was cold and the pasta was reheated, and not thoroughly. All of this might be slightly more understandable if we weren't the only people in the store. Many people walked and out because they were never even helped. They tried to compensate us with free made pizzas, but they weren't even good pizza. No urgency about anything and customer service skills should be worked on, because even after apologizing to us they said, "At least weren't here yesterday, it was worse!" Not a happy camper. Ordered $60 worth of food because I had my grands this evening. 3 melts 2 pizzas and some wings. Usually have it delivered but I decided to do carry out. Get home fix our plates and second bite out of my flip I get a long brown hair. Call the store and the manager tells me "that's not possible. We don't have anyone in the store with long brown hair, ( liar!!! I seen not one but two guys with hair hanging past their shoulders making pizzas) and even if it did have a hair the pizza oven would have burnt it up" Mind you it's inside of the flip. The bacon inside of the meat lovers flip wasn't even cooked just big clumps of fat. So if it doesn't even cook the bacon I highly doubt it would desintgrate a hair. Well now that the kids seen me pull a hair out of my mouth from my flip they won't eat theirs and I can't say I blame them. But hey the manager offered me a whole ten dollar credit . From now on we'll be going to caseys or pizza king. Upset me enough I went back and took pictures of your brown haired cook that you didn't have working tonight....

Well, this is a rough experience. After being threatened in the drive thru by a darker persuasion gentlemen on his cellphone, I stopped picking up orders. Strictly delivery. After that particular accident, I then called in and asked for a manager, and that same gentlemen claimed to be one. So no actual complaint was issued. Months later, after several deliveries to the company I work for, I can happily say their delivery performance is no better. I'm currently waiting on a pizza that is 25minutes late, and my location is about.. oh.. 2 blocks away from the store itself.

In case that doesn't give you the idea, I used to main this as my lunch, daily, for almost a year. Now I order from there (delivery only) once every 3 months or so, and I'm still let down.

Update : New store located directly next to the previous. I have ordered delivery 10+ times, and about 30% of them I get a driver that won't deliver to my door due to health issues. Honestly, just not ordering from here anymore....
