Stopped by on July 5th, 2021 with a simple order of pizza, cheese bread and brownies. Waited for the order to be made. While I was waiting one of the staff asked me the name for the order I was waiting for. I told him and he said it would be done soon. After waiting about 20 minutes and checking the status of my online order that showed it was done I went into the store to ask about my order. I was told by the same employee that there was not an order for me. I showed him the status of the order from the app which again showed completed. After about 5 minutes of some back and forth between the employees they came to the realization that they gave my order to someone else. The other party had just called the store to complain about getting the wrong order which they ate and while I was waiting for my order to be remade I saw the other party come back to the store and leave with the correct order. I was so hot and thirsty I asked for a coke only to be told that would be $3 and some change. I looked at the guy and asked, "Really?" After all that they wanted to charge me double what you would pay just across the street from the store. Unbelievable. They did agree to not charge me but only after I guilty them about their poor performance. It was not their finest hour. I eventually did get my pizza but I had to explain to my wife why it...
   Read moreI am very disappointed in Domino's for the simple fact that this company really care about their brand and as well as their people sometimes working in customer service is not the way some people should go if they feel as though they can't treat customers paying their hard earned money to come their and get the best service possible. I ordered food once more after the first time the delivery driver left my food out in the rain and drove off, I decided to go down there this time and order my food so of course we can't go in so I ask the manager Steven do they have any specials and he decided to tell me that the phone is ringing off the hook and pizza coming out of the oven in which to me was not something that I had ask him that's twice he acts as if he can talk to people any kind of way so I will be going the extra mile to drive to Platt springs to get food I usually don't complain I have worked in customer service for years and I may have to say he is not run anyone's businesses.    Read moreI ordered a small extra cheese pizza for my 8 year old granddaughter and a large sausage and pepperoni for my husband to be delivered to my house. Paid extra to get it delivered and a 30 % tip for the driver. Driver was awesome but the pizza sizes were reversed. I called immediately and heard the manager telling the guy that answered the phone that they would make them over but I would chave to come get them. That totally defeated the purpose for a delivery order. I should not have to do that and the manager should have gotten on the phone. It's called poor management to say the least. I will NEVER order from them again. I also told them that. They have my phone number and the manager has not called me to try to rectify the situation.
