THIS IS 2ND TIME TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

I ALWAYS GIVE SECOND CHANCES TO BUSINESSES AND RESTAURANTS.

FOODS DISGUSTING AND POOOOORRRR POORESTTT QUALITY.

THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS BUFFET IS CRABLEGS AND ITS DISGUSTING. OLDDDDD FREEZEER BURN I AM TALKING OLDDDDDDDD TO TOP IT OFF OVERCOOKED AND EXTREMELY SALTY. U DONT ADD THAT AMOUNT OF SALT TO SEAFOOD IT ALREADY GOT TOO MUCH NATURAL SALT.

OWNER IS TERRIBLE UNFRIENDLY UNCARING INATTENTIVE RUDE LAZY. I STOOD THERE EXACTLY 1 HOUR ASKING FOR FRESH CRAB SALT PEPPER SHRIMP SQUID DIPPING BUTTER CRAWFISH AND FRIED FISH. KEEP IN MIND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE ITEMS WERE EMPTY. HE SAID ITS COMING FIRST TIME. THEN I ASKED 2 DIFFERENT MEXICAN GUYS AND A LADY ON SEPARATE OCCASIONS THEY ALL SAID ITS COMING. 2ND TIME 20 MINUTES LATER OWNER WALKED BY ME AGAIN ON HIS BLUETOOTH HE SAID ITS COMING. I ASKED THE OTHER 3 WORKERS ON MULTIPLE TIMES THEY ALL BASICALLY JUST SAID OK BUT NOTHING. 3RD TIME STILL STANDING THERE 45 MINUTES LATER OWNER WALKED BY AND I SAID SERIOUSLY??? HE TRIED TO IGNORE ME I SAID SIRRRRR I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR NOT ONE OF THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN FILLED ??? HE GOT SMART WITH AN ATTITUDE AND SAID ONLYYYYY 1 COOKKKKKK COMING ONE BY ONE. ONE BY ONE NOTHING I HAD STOOD THERE FOR AN HOUR NOT 1 OF THOSE ITEMS WERE REFLLED. I SAID U GOT TO BE FKING KIDDING ON A SATURDAY NIGHT WITH THAT AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS YOU TELLING ME U HAVE 1 COOK HE WALKED AWAY.

MY MOTHER WAS WAITING ON ME TO EAT THE WHOLE TIME SHE CANT WALK SO I WAS TO BRING HER CRAB AND SHRIMP. SHE BARELY EATS ANWAYS.

WELL AFTER AN HOUR THEN FIRST ITEM THEY BROUGHT WAS THE CRAB AND THERE WAS NO DIPPING BUTTER. THE BUTTER TOOK ANOTHER 35 MINUTES BY TIME THEY BROUGHT IT THE CRAB I TOOK TO OUR TABLE HAD GOTTEN COLD.

ONE ITEM WAS GOOD AND DECENT TASTE CRAWFISH BOIL. THATS IT. I HAVE NEVER HAD CRAB RAGOON TASTING LIKE A SMALL POUCH OF SUGAR. 🤢

THERE WAS TRASH ALL OVER THE SITTING AREA AND THE RESTROOMS WERE DISTURBING TO WALK INTO MAKES U WANT TO THROW UP YOUR DINNER TYPE DIRTY. EVEN THEIR PARKING LOT IS FILTY AND DIRTY. TRASH AND BROKEN STUFF EVEYWHERE LAYING AROUND.

53 DOLLARS WITH TIP EACH TIME. BARELY ATE.

I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT MY BOTH EXPERIENCES BUT THIS SHOULD GIVE U ALL ENOUGH IDEA TO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

Overall, the experience was not horrible, came with a group that invited me while I was in town and I was slightly interested in the place.

First off, staff was friendly, the modern interior, setup and overall look was very clean. Really enjoyed the layout, but it did feel crowded even with a few people. Booths and tables are fairly close together, food stations are fairly close leaving not a lot of room to weave through/awkward moments. The food selection is wide, but due to such a large amount of food quantity over quality is prominent. Some dishes were decent, but the majority of the items were bland, or mediocre. Some things were cold, even though they were sitting on the hot bar which caused concerned to me in regards to proper temperature regulation. Things were also mislabeled, making it hard to tell what you were getting or causing a false excitement until you see the actual product sitting in place. The sushi was okay, the salad bar was decent and the fruit/pudding area was okay. Dessert bar, was definitely lacking, bland and dry desserts. I did not get to try the hibachi area, mainly since I was already ready to leave after my second plate since I wasn't impressed. The whole time our group mentioned we should have went to dynasty, I agree, for $21 a person, the seafood is good to an extent, grab legs were bland and cold. I had higher hopes for that kind of price when a place right up the street is doing dinner for a bit cheaper.

Overall, not impressed, won't come again, and sadly nothing special. There's a chance since it wasn't busy that things weren't flowing so well, but still I don't find cold food that should be hot acceptable, I don't find a lack of flavor okay and I dislike the idea of packing people in to get more consumers for more money while making everyone uncomfortable.

I gave it a 3 out of 5 since the employees were nice, the restaurant was clean and we did enjoy the drink selection of cans (complimentary to those who go for dinner) as well as the slushies. Sadly, I'm complimenting the drinks more than the...

Went there three times in the past 2 weeks

For a Chinese buffet, the food was good. The crab legs are fantastic, the hibachi was lacking a bit but the majority of the food was really good. The sushi has a very good selection although some tempura shrimp would be nice. For dinner, they allow one additional “Asian” drink located in the back wall.

The only reason I could not give Ginza 5 stars like it deserves is because they are doing something very dirty. The very first time I went, two weeks ago, I went in a group of 9. After eating and paying, I assumed gratuity was included in the bill as is standard industry practice since we had a large group but the female waitress stopped us as we were about to leave and said she wanted tip. I asked her if tip was in included in the bill and she said no. The receipt I had didnt show anything other than the total and possible tipping. So I left a tip.

The second time, I went in a group of 6 and I left a tip on the final receipt.

The third time we went, we had a party of 6 adults and 5 kids. I looked at the front register and there is a sign stating all groups of 6 or more (seated together or separately)will have an automatic gratuity charge to the bill/s. This caught me off guard but I thought it was something new so I waited until the end and the same thing happened, the waitress acted like gratuity wasnt included. I confronted her and then she said it was a mistake. This is absolutely unacceptable and large parties should beware

UPDATE: Thank you for reaching out, Ginza. I dont need a refund of the difference but it was three different waitstaff members. The first was a female with long black hair, the second time it was a male with short black hair and the third time, it was a female with longer hair although the one who took my payment was a male with shorter black hair. Please have a talk with your staff, that is all I ask. Good luck...

Myself and two children sat down and gathered our first plate. As we began eating the staff began spreading COMET BLEACH powered cleaning solution on the floor around the guests and around the food. Literally right next to guests trying to eat their food and right next to the buffet items. Then they began spreading it around and the dust from the powered solution contaminated the food and our food at the tables. No way was I going to stay there. I told the manager who was a young 20 something and couldn’t understand that they had just contaminated the food. Their response was the floor was greasy and we didn’t want a customer to fall. I said that’s something you do before opening the store and before food has been placed out for service. She couldn’t seemed to grasp that she had just possibly helped Someone ingest bleach contaminated food. I will NOT return. Do not eat here. They don’t practice safe methods to protect their guests.

Went to eat with the family, 4 kids and 2 adults. Everything was great until the end. Ginza is using a dirty tactic where if customers arent careful, customers will be paying twice for tip. Look at the two receipts. The first receipt is the one I was given at the end of our meal and shows gratuity was included. I gave them my credit card and then in the final receipt where you get a merchant copy and customer copy, only the total amount is given and there is a tip suggestion at the bottom of the receipt as if tip hasnt been included. Talking to other friends, apparently this is not something new and others have been duped into paying for tip twice since the final receipt doesnt show the tip anywhere and still is asking for more tip. Do better Ginza, if you have automatic gratuity, include it in the final receipt. Could have been a 5 star and COULD have been a 1 star but I’ll leave a 2…smh
