McDonald's — Restaurant in Gate City

So one day I came here and I ordered two of the snack wraps. You know because they just came out again so I expected my third one my free one which I wouldn't have got had. I not sit here basically mentioned it to them cuz they weren't offering it and then it was only to get attitude from one of the people at the service desk on the drive-thru that if we have to find out if you're the 100th visitor so then there was that then it was another time of a visit and got coffee and a burrito and the burrito was good but the coffee was not decaf as specified many times as I cannot drink anything with caffeine and then it was cold. I go back today again. I got my burrito, my decaf coffee and my hash brown with my app. Mind you I had to go in very upset because my coffee was cold. Waited 30 minutes to get fresh hot coffee. By the time I go home my burrito was cold. My hash brown. What I'll needless to say look like it had been sitting in there for weeks soaked in soggy oil. This is not what I expect nor was there any happy faces at this McDonald's seemingly ever. But I did talk to the manager. Her name is Jody. I believe she said by the time I was done talking to her everything had cooled off and we had a great conversation. She is replacing my food but this is just a friendly reminder. Everybody that not everybody's going to keep their mouth shut when they get crappy service. Especially for the expensive money. People are purchasing this food for or any other product in around Gate, City or anywhere else. For that matter you need to have kind courtesy to all customers coming in and out of your store. No matter it's who drive-thru or in the restaurant. Otherwise we can take our business elsewhere. Especially for the cost these days and the food. It better be fresh and hot with me. 1st: This store is in WRONG LOCATION! Right opposite an AUTO store where under-educated management allows customers to work on engines outside the storefront pouring and emitting toxic chemicals into the surrounding airspace! Apparently, the auto store, though there 1st must either relocate to other end of this mall (preferable by many I'm told) or leave the mall or stop allowing customers to work on their autos just outside store doors and right nearby McD.

My elderly mother has become quite ill at least 2 times after eating food from this McDonalds!

I was so hungry I just decided to try it again. But the young female Asst. Manager (slim, young, extremely terse & quick-tempered with customers, long wavy dark brown/brunette hair) was so offensive when I simply asked her to cover my milkshake with a lid or something. And she just grabbed the container from his hand and rudely slapped a napkin over the lid top as she equally rudely stated: "We're not required to cover the lid of drinks we sale so that's the best you're getting tonight." Then she hurriedly shut the drive up window as if expecting him to throw it back at her!

Plus the food I later discovered was poorly cooked and not hot at all. Not having a vehicle on this trip here is the only reason I was not able to promptly return the product or else I would have felt like throwing it inside the drive up window.....that's how rude &...

The people who work here are very rude! I know people are human and forget things but when it comes to me being called a lier because they don't do there job right its ridiculous. A few weeks ago I ordered two kids meals and they forgot fries; I was nice and said you forgot the fries and she said "I know they're in there because I did it myself" with the manager standing there beside her I had to shower her the kids meals and nothing was said to her. Tonight we had two orders and she left a few things out one being a kids meal and this same woman called me a lier again and said she gave us all our stuff. After that I still had to go in and get my drink. They have poor customer service skills and the food really sucks. They don't fallow Mcdonalds values what so ever!
