Ordered here for the first time, I think it was back in August, and the pizza wasn't that great, especially for the price. However, we were starving && it was late, so we ate it anyways. Well, today has been a long day && we didn't feel like traveling all the way to smithers, so we decided to try Gino's again, all these months later, && see if their subs were better than their pizza. We were ordering for 7 people, so the lady at the front was very nice, patient && understanding while she waited to see what everyone wanted, && also had to fix the order 2 or 3 times before getting everything right since my girls were indecisive, && i originally wanted the sirloin philly steak pubwich until she explained the difference between the pub && the sub, && that the pub didn't come as a combo. One of my girls wanted lasagna but they said they didn't have any, so she got the baked spaghetti instead with a side of garlic bread. Additionally, we got 3 of the Philly steak sub combos ((2 with onion rings, 1 with fries)), 2 of the ham && cheese subs ((both with fries)) && 1 of the chicken ranch pubwiches, && they all came with a drink. The price of all of it literally had me flabbergasted, because I've taken my entire family out, along with my sibling, his girlfriend && their kids, && never paid that much for food before.. I mean, it was just 7 combos, && it was literally $2 shy of $100. 🤯 I was thinking "the food better taste divine for that price." ((Also, they do not have fountain drinks, only bottled)) Well, we get home && serve out all the combos. My daughter enjoyed her chicken ranch pubwich, but she said the insides were all over the box when she first opened it && there was barely any chicken at all. She let me taste it && we both agreed that it was actually really good.. The baked spaghetti that my other daughter ordered was literally SO watered down, the sauce didn't stick to the noodles AT ALL, && it was mostly just cheese, but she ate it anyways. She did enjoy the garlic bread, though. My boyfriend && eldest ate their Philly steak subs, but I personally couldn't stomach it, because, to me, it tasted like literal cardboard. Also, the onion rings did not taste done. My daughter nor I could eat them, even though it was part of our combo meals. I wanted to go back && completely exchange my meal for something else, but my boyfriend said he would just take it to work with him && get me something else.. so we rushed back before they closed so that I could get a chicken ranch pubwich like my daughter's, && it was then 15 minutes till closing time. They almost wouldn't take my order, stating that they closed in 5 minutes, but my boyfriend told them that I didn't like my original order, so they went ahead && made me a pubwich. When we got back, my second youngest informed me that they also didnt like their sub, that the bread was hard as a rock && there was too much lettuce/tomato/condiments. I explained to her that the lady had asked if we wanted everything that came on the sandwiches && I told her that "my daughter can just pick off what she doesn't like", because the poor lady had already fixed our order 2-3 times by that point && i just wanted to get home. My daughter, however, did eat what she could of the sub, && enjoyed the fries. Well, I figured she was maybe exaggerating when she said the bread was hard as a rock, but since my youngest didn't ((or couldn't)) eat hers, I inspected it. She actually wasn't lying or exaggerating, the bread really WAS hard as a rock && even the ham was burnt. Honestly, in hind sight, had I known that the rest of the food was just as nasty as my cardboard tasting sub, I would've taken it ALL back to get a refund, && just driven the distance to smithers to get a cheaper, more satisfying meal. The chicken ranch pubwich is the only thing that I could personally stomach to eat.. to get to the point, their customer service is immaculate, the wait time is decent, but their food is absolutely NOT worth the prices that...

We sat down to eat and burnt, hard as a rock, rings fell out the bag. So i call to inform them " ooh , ol bring em back and we'll remake them " I'm at my dinner table, I already put in my hard day, how about you look at the product your putting in that hometown Gino's bag. Take a little pride, you know, represent. How about, sorry hard working lady, I'll remake those and run them up the hill to you, oh that's right you guys don't even have a delivery guy anymore.. Bet I don't get a craving for you...

Ordered by phone , they forgot some of the food Pubwich was hard as a rock, there was no cheese on anything, salad tasted old like it had sat in their fridge for a week, the baked spaghetti was more watery then a river and tasted bland , and the garlic bread tasted like regular bread and butter.
The cheesy bread was literally the only thing that was half way good but the marinara sauce tasted like cheap spaghetti sauce...
