Stopped to grab a quick snack. The food was good. The nuggets I ordered could have been fresher. The wings my husband ordered were good. The service by Amanda was great. I asked for some honey, and I assumed the person I asked was the manager. She politely told me they were out. Then I saw another associate go to the window area and grab a handful of honey, and she was going to fill the one at the counter that was empty(except for one pack that was extremely sticky). I was pretty sure she heard me ask for it and was just doing her job. Unfortunately, the lady I had asked pointed her in the direction of the area close to the window, so she put it back. I then waited for my order, and we found a seat. I proceeded to tell my husband what had transpired. Naturally, we wondered why? After 5 minutes or so, the young associate came to the table with one pack of honey and explained she had found me a pack. I was just a little miffed by then. Naturally, I left it on the table. Surely, I couldn't put the store in red over a single pack of honey. The KFC in Moss Point has closed. People don't want to be treated this away. Read moreThere has not been a time that I have visited Restaurant #L775047 and received swift pleasant service and the correct order. It took about 20 minutes to get a bucket of 8 pc supposedly legs and thighs (Ticket #2593). However the bucket had about 4 breasts inside. I refrained from complaining about previous visits but today was ridiculous. I suggested since they had to cook the chicken, I would go next door and pump gas. When I returned I was asked “Do you want the chicken cooked fresh?” Why would an employee ask such a senseless question. Furthermore, why didn’t they drop the chicken in the meantime. This site is the only KFC near my home and I like the food. But I won’t return again because the service is awful! A male employee stood right outside the door smoking, went back inside and straight to the cooking area. I didn’t see him wash his hands. This location needs to be checked, seriously. Read moreLast 2 times I visited I didn't have the best experience. The first time I pulled forward to wait for a sweet tea because I was given unsweet. I sat there for almost 20 min and had to go in myself to get it. Only one car came behind me in the drive thru and only one family inside. So they weren't busy. Had I not already paid I would have left but it made me late for work. The next time I visited my gravy wasn't closed properly and got all in my seat and purse. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning it. They should use plastic bags for gravy if the tops don't stay on well. I was given a paper bag because that was apparently KFC standard. The service the first time was bad. The second time was good aside from the gravy incident. There isn't a KFC in my city so I drove to another to get it. After the drive I would have hoped my experiences would be better. After seeing these reviews it seems they need some new employees or at the very least...
