Waffle House — Restaurant in Gautier

its the real mcCoy! This restaurant i staffed by a deticated professional staff. Take it form an ex taxi cab companty owner... THEY CARE! The staff does not tolerate bad behavior. They are dedicated, top knotch and deserve the biggest tips. for sunrise to sunrise to the break of down through the darkness of night they serve the best hot coffee you can get in town. they keep the premises spotless! they do not let anyone around who they sense could cause a rukus!] they are underpaid.
i ran a cab company in fl and we spent many a night at Waffle house. yup i got myself thrown out! The staff made me very proud! they are concerned not just about the food quality which is so awesome for eggs, fried bacon and the best sausages. My team loves loves loves Waffle House, and they are everywhere on the road nationwide.

ok to make it real, they just kicked me out! i do what i do, and i am a pro, and they passed with flying colors. To all the devoted underpaid employees of Waffle House , DULY NOTIde your service is behond admirable

This is the worst location on this coast. Upon arrival employees were hanging out in from of the entrance smoking and acting inappropriate for their workplace. I made my order and the waitress gave it to the cook and she gave it correctly but he was to busy flirting with a lady sitting behind him at the counter to get it correct. To top that he joked that he never said he was a good cook. I told them it was ok I would take it as is but he never bothered to even apologize because he and the lady wanted to go outside and hang out with the rest of the people. Hash browns were under cooked and basically mush because the grill wasn't hot enough apparently. He used way to much oil for the amount of food.

Waitress still charged me the price it would have been if my order had been correct when what I actually received cost much less. I understand service is suffering because of the pandemic but I asked who was the Supervisor working that shift as I was leaving and was told it was the bad cook hanging out in the parking lot with everyone else. Went to Waffle House on Hwy 90 in Gautier with my friend for brunch. Should have had a clue when we walked up to the door with the music blasting outside. Sat down and could barely hear the young woman waiting on us asking for our order. Repeatedly asked her to turn the music down. She did, but the manager and other stuff thought it was funny and kept turning it up even higher. There were several other customers who also asked to have it turned down and they did the same thing. They were more interested in catering to their buddies who thought it was funny than the customers actually eating food. My friend said she's been there several times in the past several months and the same few people are sitting sucking down gallons of coffee taking up space never ordered food and encouraged them to play the music loud and management goes with it. Also the food was barely warm even though there were only 6 customers ordering food. The server had to be asked several times for things we needed. I don't know if it was because she was upset because she was stressed with the situation or she couldn't hear because of the music. Definitely won't be back until owner makes a major change...
