Burger King — Restaurant in Gautier

I went there to try the impossible burger. I also bought two double whoopers. I found out I had cancer in December. I haven’t been able to eat much. I haven’t been able to work either. So I got out of the house went to the drive through. We spent $30.00+. I’m not myself and maybe I shouldn’t have been the one to go. I should have really check my order before I left but I didn’t. I got home and had two plan singles, three small fries. I had to ask for the drinks.(That should have been a clue). I didn’t realize until I got home. Tried to call. Two or three times. Nobody answered. Just decided I’d call the next day. Just two let them know. WELL the manager MONICA, was Sssooohhh mean and disrespectful. If she’d just listen to me. I’d been fine. I have my receipt and the record of how much I spent on my account. Same dates etc. pictures. I still have the drinks in the fridge. No I didn’t drink them etc So I did manage to find out that the Ocean Springs Burger King isn’t owned by the same person. If I EVER get to go back to eat out and I choose BK. It want be the one in Gautier, MS....

Wish I could give this place zero stars... I used the app to order in advance and when i arrived even though I was the only car in the drive thru I was asked to pull forward and wait... This isn't a huge deal as I figured maybe they are making fresh fries or chicken for my sandwhich... Boy was I wrong... Not only was all the food cold the buns were so hard they could have been weapons... Not a single sandwich was dressed properly as requested on the app and the chicken nuggets were maybe two seconds past raw... They did however get generous with napkins and condiments giving me about 175-185 napkins over 40 packs of ketchup and about 23 sweet and sour sauces... I made conplaints on the app but have yet to hear from management or anyone at burger king... My entire meal along with my girlfriends meal was fed to the garbage... Don't waste your...

Well after they reopened I went there with a friend and I'm not complaining about prices but the food was really greasy. Sometimes when you were eating something it tasted like it came out of another fryer mixed with something else. I think that the crew behind there was okay they need to smile a little bit more to the customers. But I can't eat a lot of greasy Foods so I and my friend too and then I took some other people but we all found that the food was just a little bit it's just way too greasy when you open them up date is grease everywhere but you can't beat them as for pricing. The place was clean and it looked nice inside. They just need to figure out how they can cut a lot of the grease back...
