Tulunes In The City — Restaurant in Geistown

First, I want to write by this saying the food was good. I don't want this to negatively impact anyone but the experience I just had was amongst the worst I've ever had. I just am being honest and critical for improvements. Also, this is my third time going. The first time I was there, it wasn’t too bad. The second time was worse but not too bad. This is my most recent experience…. The waitress was completely unorganized The food wasn’t made as requested a. i.e. burgers requested medium, or medium rare were all well done essentially The appetizers came out last a. Completely forgotten until reminded Orders made 30 minutes ago that were never received were requested to be taken off the bill, but informed if it was made that I would have to buy it. – despite never receiving it and all the bills being handed out…including mine a. Ultimately was removed, but shocked by the statement Bills were brought out before all orders were complete a. Billing was a nightmare Bills were confused amongst us, several adjustments to bills had to be made Food sat next to us for a minute while other tables were served Drinks never offered refills Time for food took a bit, relatively long wait for being the only customers in there Honestly, I’m all for supporting local businesses, but this being my third bad experience, I am likely never going to go again. The people there are nice, but I really am so frustrated with this last experience and after this final try, I will never go back.

With that, I do want to say when we finally got our food, and got the things we ordered it was good, and their prices on burgers are valuable. I would say, go for the food, not the service. And expect mass confusion with a party of four or more if not on the same bill as this is apparently,...

This was our first visit to this establishment and it was only on a whim that we stopped. There were four in our party and we all decided to give it a try. Not one of us was disappointed. Marc was very friendly as he greeted us and sat us at a table. (Everyone knows I'm picky about customer service). Which in this restaurant/bar was excellent. We ordered a Combination of things, such as sweet/hot wings, Nacho's, onion rings, all of those were very tasty cooked perfectly. I got to sample the crack fries thanks to my friend and they were amazing! And she said the burger was really good. Marc checked in on us and kept the beer coming and was very accommodating. I feel like we stumbled on a hidden gem and we've already talked about our next visit. Thank you Marc for making the first of many visits a great one! Great job on customer service, tasty food...

I went here for the first time while visiting the area. I ordered buffalo wings and the shrimp tacos, since I have heard great things about both. Tulunes did not fail to deliver!

The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce and ranch side were everything you would expect of a classic buffalo wing. The shrimp tacos were flavorful and the seasoning was on point.

They also have a good drink selection — beers on tap, great cocktails, and plenty of options if you’re not drinking alcohol. The bartenders are friendly and attentive.

The atmosphere is lively and excellent for watching a game, listening to music, or hanging out with friends.

Tulunes is definitely a must try spot in the area. Looking forward to coming here again next...
