We always got there food until tonight! WE WILL NEVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS AGAIN! I would like it to be known that we paid for some food that we couldn't even eat and wasn't what we ordered. When we got home and realized I called to inform them of their mistake. I was very polite when speaking to the manager and she did apologize. But when I asked for credit for the food we paid for but couldn't eat, she said that it was the owners rules that we couldn't get a credit for the money we lost. Then she said, "maybe next time you should check the bag before you leave." That IS true, but for a manager to try and blame their mistakes on a customer who trusted in quality service shows very poor professionalism for a business. Not to mention an owner who's rules are to deny a refund to paying customers who didn't get what they paid for. Please share if you know people from that area who may be interested to know. I've now tried twice and have been disappointed both times. My food was delivered on time but missing multiple items and not exactly what I had ordered and when I called and spoke to someone at the restaurant the woman basically told me that they don't read the any of the comments or extra details that the GrubHub site allows you to include...?
