I ordered food to eat on my lunch break since I work a double on Saturdays I’m here all day long I sent a co worker to pick up my food during shift change for me I asked the staff to please make sure I had syrup and powder sugar I work at a chili restaurant we don’t have either on hand here when she dropped off my food I didn’t have either in the bag so I called to get my money back or a credit since I couldn’t leave work and I couldn’t eat my food without its topping I asked for a manager instead they passed around the phone from crew member to crew member telling me there’s nothing they can do they didn’t charge for the syrup I explained several times I did not want to pay for food that can’t be eaten I would even bring it back up the next day to them with the economy the way it is every cent counts I work hard for my money just to be wasted on food I can’t even eat that just went in the trash so I literally threw my money away because the manager instead of handling the situation decided to just end the conversation by hanging up on me and this location forgets things often and the staff act like they know more than you instead of the customer always right concept it’s their way or no way 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ if anyone knows how to get in touch with the owner that would be...

This place is a good hour+ drive from me and totally worth it. The staff is always very friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and there's usually not a wait for a table.

As far as menu options, it's pretty standard stuff for the most part (pancakes, eggs, potatoes, various meats for breakfast. Burgers, fries, hoagies, chicken for dinner) wth some exceptions but since Perkins closed in Eastgate there hasn't been anywhere to get good pancakes on the east side.

Country inn is still a bit of a drive from even there but those pancakes are very much worth it. They're huge, taking up a whole plate, and slathered with butter/syrup to your liking it's the best breakfast in town IMO.

The burgers are great as well. Big and greasy just the way they should be for a place like this. They have their own version of the big boy which is what I normally get but I imagine they would fix you up with whatever you like. The fries vary from time to time which I appreciate. It keeps some element of mystery in things. They may be crinkle cut one time, steak fries the next, and so on.

There are desert options but I've never had room for such things. Overall, a great place to try if you're ever...

We had wonderful service! She was sweet and incredibly accommodating. We also enjoyed the atmosphere. Stopped in Saturday for dinner. I have only been to Country Inn off 32 and we love it, so I was super excited for an unexpected visit to the sister location. Prices have gone up everywhere, but I was shocked at the prices. The chicken special that was listed was the same price on the menu. At least give me the illusion I'm receiving a deal. My husband wanted breakfast and had the pork chop breakfast. It should have been called "the piece of pork chop breakfast." It came with three eggs, and he was only given two. My toast was missing and barely toasted. Our server fixed the egg situation right away. It did take a while through no fault of her own. It had an old grease flavor. My pancakes with strawberries were great! That actually seemed like the best value on the menu. $10 a meal seems hefty when I can travel a little farther for not only similar but better food. We will stick with our original location and get comfortable with the prices. We enjoy eating out and supporting local. We haven't given up on...

Highly recommend The Country Inn in Georgetown, Ohio if you're looking for a good home cooking restaurant. They have breakfast all day, lunch and dinner menu. I had chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, hasbrowns and biscut and it was delicious. The double decker BLT is the best, the bacon is fixed just right! I would also recommend the pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, yum! They also have daily specials, today was ribeye steak w/ 2 sides for $15.99.
