Parkers Pizzeria — Restaurant in Georgetown

They have the worst management and the employees are rude. My order was over cooked and I didn’t get a receipt and because they were closed and I couldn’t do nothing til next day and I heard manager Tiffany say why didn’t she call last night. Well they were closed. There drivers stay and talk to me and I get the blame. They are a joke. I have spent plenty of money there but will never step in that place again or spend another penny there. The teenagers/ others that are cooking don’t give a damn about the way your food is cooked. Tell them not to burn the fries but they still do. They don’t care about the customer. They care about the money. Which is a shame. Rude rude and rudder they are. Tiffany said they had a problem with my address on the delivery drivers. I said I can’t help that your delivery drivers stay and talk to me. When orders are taken they don’t put them as they come in, from delivery and dine in. They separate the orders and do the dine in orders first because they said there in there. What about your people that has called in for delivery? There shows you they don’t care about customers but they care about the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing. After the way I was talked to, wouldn’t eat there. I usually did delivery 2-3 times a week. Not now. I wouldn’t spend a dime in there.I used this place because I’m handicapped and you could get stuff different than pizza, and get it delivered. To say we were dissapointed is an understatement. We love parkers but our service tonight was rediculous. We came on a Saturday night. The place was busy but not packed . It took us 20 minutes just to get drinks which were brought out by the hostess. We saw the hostess multiple times reminding the waitress to come to our table. Another 30 minutes later she finally comes over and we order. I repeated my order 3 times per her request. When our food came out she forgot my husbands fries and my side.. and claimed we never ordered it and that they were even out of the side i ordered and not able to replace. They also ran out of our drinks so we had to order something else half way through our meal. The food took forever to come out and was not even close to being hot . We never received an apology for the mess up which would have gone a long way. It will be a while before we come back i am sad to say. I hate to leave a poor review because we used to love Parker’s but lately every time we order from here there’s something wrong with our order. A few weeks ago we found hair in our food. And tonight we got the chicken strip basket and there was 1/4 the number of fries that there normally is. Lately I’ve also had times where the corn nuggets or fried pickles are burnt and another time recently the grilled chicken sandwich was so dried out I threw it away. There’s also been times we ordered the fettuccini Alfredo and clumps of the noodles were uncooked and stuck together. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the cook or what. The delivery drivers are always very kind and respectful. And I see other reviews where they say it’s hard to get ahold of them but they are a busy small town restaurant so you can’t hold that against them.
